Late pick-ups will be billed separately. ** Fees exclude: All fees must be paid in advance for the following month. **An 8% fee increase will occur annually in the month of October. **Children will not be eligible for class placement if the December school fees are not paid by 7 December. 5.2 Registration fees A non-refundable registration fee of R650 is payable upon registration of a child for new enrolments. This fee reserves placement in our school for one calendar month. Learners who are already enrolled must pay a registration fee of R550 annually in the first week of December for the following year. A registration fee is not deductible from actual school fees.
5.3 Payment method: Please pay by means of: -Debit order -EFT 5.4 Additional payments: Extramural activities (separate from school); late collection fees and stationary. 5.5 Late collection fees: All late collections will be billed at R50 per 15 minutes of late pick up. 5.6 Non-payment: Should the person responsible for the account default on payment, the cost of debt collecting will be added to the outstanding amount. Tiny Minions reserves the right of admission and will refuse entry to any child whose school fees are not paid by the 3 rd of each month. Furthermore, penalty charges will be charged for late payments. After one month s missed payment, account payers will need to sign and arrange for debit order payments should they wish for their child to continue their enrolment at Tiny Minions. 5.7 Financial Clearance certificate: A previous school s financial clearance certificate needs to be submitted should your child have attended another nursery school prior to enrolment at Tiny Minions. Admission is pending on the results of information received by school. 5.8 School fee invoices: Monthly invoices will be e-mailed to the person responsible for account payments. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct on the application
form. The monthly fees are still due and payable regardless if you received the monthly statement or not. 6. Notice of withdrawal A one (1) month written notice is required, except when notice is given on or after 1 September, in which a two (2) calendar months written notice is required. Please note 1 September is the last date on which notice can be given for the year. Any intention of termination that takes place after this date will require the payment of the full yearly outstanding fees. Notice cannot be given during October, November and December months.
