Attention of the Members and Market participants is drawn to our earlier Circular nos. NCDEX/OPERATIONS-022/2013/050 dated February 25, 2013, NCDEX/OPERATIONS- 060/2013/140 dated May 03, 2013 and NCDEX/OPERATIONS-001/2016/020 dated February 03, 2016 on the above subject. The market participants are hereby requested to note that the KYD forms have been revised by the Exchange in view of the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax and the ongoing compliance requirements in the interest of investor protection. The revised KYD forms are attached herewith. Market participants are advised to use the revised format as Annexed in this Circular for the deposit of commodities into the Exchange approved Warehouses with effect from December 05, 2017 and all market participants are required to comply with the said directive issued by the Exchange and comply with the KYD requirements as per the revised formats. I understand that by virtue of depositing the goods in the Exchange Approved warehouses I shall at all times be liable for any action as may be applicable for any violations of the Exchange Rules, Byelaws and Regulations, Circulars, Guidelines and the directives of the Exchange or the Board as the case may be as notified from time to time and declare and undertake to abide by Exchange Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations, Circulars, Guidelines and the directives of the Exchange or the Board at all times. 7.
