Market Conditions Q4 18 Softening of Major light vehicle markets China Chinese** light vehicle registrations declined by 14%, making it a sixth consecutive monthly decline LVP declined by 15%, this was more than 12 pp lower than expected in October by IHS Americas US SAAR** rebounded slightly. Inventories remain flat YoY* at ~3.8 million units, or ~61 days by the end of the quarter LVP* was flat, with North America increasing 2% while South America declining 9%.
