Clearing and settlement issues regarding capital instruments: Greece 1999 to date Participation in working groups of the ASE, the ADECH, the CSD and HELEX for the clearing, settlement and enforcement of securities in dematerialized form as well as preparation of relative studies. Greece 2003 Preparation of a study and preparation of draft legislation for the operation of companies as a central counterparty clearing (in cooperation with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission). Greece 2007 Responsible for drafting the provisions of Part II (Art. 72-83) of Law 3606/2007 regarding central counterparty, clearing and settlement. 3.
