DuPage, Kane, and Lake county House Numbers In DuPage, Kane, and Lake counties, house numbers may consist of numbers and letters, then the street name. The number(s), directional letter and other numbers are keyed together. When a house number starts in an address, the number zero 0 is always keyed as an alpha O, not Zero. If a house number and a letter other than a directional letter is reflected, key the house number and letter together. Leinholder Procedures Lienholders will be mostly banks, savings & loans, credit unions, etc. but it is possible to have an individual as a lienholder too. Do not key numbers in the name field of the lienholder, unless it s a School District or union. 1. All lienholder names are single spaced. 2. If a lienholder is an individual, key the name in proper order; First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. If there is a Jr. Sr. etc. one space between the last name and the Jr. Sr, etc. 3. Lienholder and/or Mail to: Use the & sign for and. 4. Lienholder and/or Mail to: Key a space in place of an apostrophe in the first part of the name. Such as O FALLON, key O FALLON. 5. Do not key a space for the apostrophe if it is at the end of the name. For example: Mary s should be keyed as MARYS. 6. Lienholder and/or Mail to: Key a space between initials if there are periods.
