Voluntary Benefits Program Introduction Voluntary Benefits Solutions (VBS), a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc., offers Voluntary Benefits to eligible full-time and part-time Office Depot associates. VBS specializes in the design, implementation and administration of voluntary benefit programs. All of the voluntary benefits are offered through VBS and their benefit and insurance providers, not Office Depot. The Voluntary Benefits Program includes competitive rates and favorable underwriting program features not usually available to associates or their family members individually. Benefits offered through the program do not replace any Office Depot-sponsored benefit plans and are 100% associate-paid.
