Chronic pain claim where the Claimant having exhausted all treatment options underwent an elective above knee amputation, where the reasonableness of the amputation was disputed with expert evidence. ABC v XYZ. Young Claimant who lacked capacity in a liability denied RTA, which resulted in a traumatic brain injury overlying extensive pre-existing psychological and behavioural issues. SKL v DMP. Fatal accident claim for a young man of Chinese decent involving familial dependency to parents. AH v AJ. Young tetraplegic in a liability denied claim arising out of the use of construction machinery without a seatbelt. Re D. Article 2 jury inquest arising out of a death in a care home resulting a narrative verdict with a rider of neglect. R v H. Spinal cord injury resulting tetraplegia for young adult male with contributory negligence issues of seatbelt causation and alcohol. R v E. Claim for severe injuries arising out of a motorcycle RTA. RP v JDC. Liability denied claim for serious eye injury involving claim for Provisional Damages for sympathetic opthalmia. V v A. Claim against 6 Defendants arising out of an accident on a large multi-occupancy commercial site. FAG v AH. Catastrophic claim on behalf of a young foreign national who was living in London, who was likely to have a high flying European business career, but who was severely brain injured in an RTA. Re DK. Severe traumatic brain injury for non-english speaker requiring full care package. Settled on a Periodical Payment Order basis. P v R. Liability denied claim with traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury for an Armenian national working in the UK. C v M. RTA for young adult male who was rendered minimally conscious with insurance indemnity issues. JH v PG. Acted for a Claimant who was the driver of an ambulance which was involved in a serious RTA with a foreign lorry, sustaining multiple serious injuries forcing career change and requiring adapted accommodation.

SB v MJ. Acted for a Claimant who was a car transporter driver and who was hijacked at the road side, suffering serious psychological injuries. Re CE. Liability denied brain injury for a cyclist. Split trial on liability which was appealed to Court of Appeal. Re PA. Acted for an insurer in a claim by a Protected Party with severe psychiatric symptoms, chronic pain syndrome/disuse of the arm with an intention to amputate. P v K. Young adult female with life threatening injuries, including multiple abdominal injuries with loss of kidney, severe bowel injuries and traumatic brain injury, including a claims for Provisional Damages for epilepsy, renal system failure and ability to conceive. S v I. Instructed for a Defendant 4 day trial, concerning husband and wife in linked RTA fraud claims. S v B. Young adult female traumatic brain injury with loss of career in veterinary nursing. K v FS. Serious eye injury with claim for prosthetics. A v B. Liability denied claim for a serving solider with issues of res judicata who lost career in the armed forces requiring employment experts. MA v P & EYMS & HEYNHST. Complex claim arising from a minor injury in a RTA for a young female including clinical misdiagnosis and issue estoppel. RD v MDL. Acted for a Claimant a liability denied claim who was dragged into rotating machinery, sustaining life threatening injuries, which required the use of forensic pathologists for accident reconstruction. P v SP. Jury inquest arising out of a fatal accident involving the installation of pumping equipment.
