Give one copy to the taxpayer and leave one copy with the Client Facilitator Add note to return with the same details OR simply add a note saying see Return Ticket Do not give Taxpayer hardcopy of a partial or incomplete returns Monitor the status of your submitted returns and if a return is rejected Add note to return explaining why it was rejected and what actions are being taken to resolve the issue
Finally Monday tax returns will be filed at end of day Wednesday, Wednesday and Thursday returns will be filed at the end of day Thursday please check online frequently to be sure that your returns have been accepted by the IRS. If a return is rejected try to figure out why and contact client, if necessary, to resolve. Returns will be filed each evening on the day they were prepared.
