Our portfolio managers are a group of Financial Advisors who are qualified by the firm to manage client assets based on training, experience and commitment to client service. Each client portfolio in the Portfolio Management program is designed and managed on a fully discretionary basis by your Financial Advisor to help you meet your specific needs. Leveraging the global resources of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, your Financial Advisor studies the events that shape your financial goals as well as the trends and developments that shape the investment environment, drive our economy and ultimately impact your portfolio s performance. You ll find that your Financial Advisor s experience, training and investment philosophy provide significant guidance both in managing your portfolio and in helping you understand investment risk while keeping your long-term goals in view. The Portfolio Management program is defined by the following characteristics: Personalized Portfolios Client Focus Comprehensive Communications Asset-based Fee * Your Financial Advisor will work with you to identify an investment strategy geared to meet your needs. Each account is individually managed to help you meet your requirements for growth, income and preservation of capital within your risk constraints. Throughout your relationship, you ll have direct access to the investment professional managing your portfolio. Fees for the program are based on the asset level in the account, not on the number of transactions performed in a given period. 2

* The Portfolio Management program account will be charged an asset-based wrap fee every quarter ( the Fee ). In general, the Fee covers investment advisory services, the execution of transactions through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney or its affiliates, and reporting. In addition to the Fee, you will pay the fees and expenses of any funds in which your account is invested. Fund fees and expenses are charged directly to the pool of assets the fund invests in and are reflected in each fund s share price.
