The Feed mallowstreet.com Our users made it clear: they want to consume all of their industry information in a single place. We listened and the introduction of The Feed does just that. The Feed is where our members find the latest thoughts, comments, videos and whitepapers from their industry peers. This makes it easier to add and easier to consume pensions related content all in the same place. All of our blogs, forums, videos, papers and surveys can now be found in The Feed. We publish content generated by the community, by expert contributors, and by our own social media team. We have also created a specific content portal for learning called the CPD Centre. This is a section of the site built to provide high quality research and informative content for members, with the added bonus of tracking CPD time for trustees. University Events Module #2: Investment Focus I really liked the diversity of the strategies in the sessions. 4 These half-day educational workshops allow trustees, pensions managers and key decision makers to keep up to date and informed of critical developments in the pensions industry. Adam Sorab The BUPA Pension Scheme With fourteen delegates in attendance, the morning features four sponsors presenting in-rotation to two intimate groups of approximately seven delegates. Each sponsor presents twice in 45-minutes sessions; both a 35-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&A. Targeted approach Delegates are hand-picked and individually recruited in the months preceding the event, according to their areas of interest. Each of the delegates will also be asked to submit their sponsor questions in advance, with each sponsor choosing a selection to answer before the event. University Events Module #5: Indabas Our Indabas* offer sponsors and delegates the opportunity to spend a full day together in a challenging, educational environment. Similar in style to our Summit events, the day features a mixture of keynote speakers, sourced from a variety of walks of life, interspersed with five investment masterclass sessions. *An indaba (pronounced in-dar-bah) is an important conference held by the izinduna (principal men) of the Zulu or Xhosa people. The term comes from a Zulu language word meaning business or matter. One of the best conferences attended. Unusual mix of pension investment and management topics. Held my interest all day.
