The Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee The TPCC is an interagency task force that ensures the coordination and development of a government-wide export promotion plan. Michael S. DISTRICT EXPORT COUNCIL The Tennessee District Export Council is an organization of business leaders from Central and Eastern Tennessee, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
