Protest Cut-off time Transfer initiated by Correspondent Banks 4.00 p.m. The Bank shall process the foreign currency payments arriving in benefit of the Client before 4.00 p.m. of a bank day on the day of their arrival. The Bank shall process the payment transfers arriving after this cut-off time on the following day. General rules Postage, stamp expenses, cable and telephone expenses, courier expenses etc. and third party bank charges incurred will be charged separately. OUR charges incurred for outgoing payments with OUR charge option are respected within 4 months. Charges incurred for payments older than 4 months remain unpaid All collections are subject to the Uniform Rules of Collections 1995. Revision ICC Brochure No. 522 or any subsequent revision thereto. All documentary credits are subject to the "Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits" 2007 revision, ICC Publication No. 600 or any subsequent revisions thereto. For documentary credits, letters of guarantee, Bills of Exchange, etc. received by the beneficiaries directly and delivered by them to the Bank for registration, notification and further handling, the same commissions will be charged to the issuing bank as for the instruments received from correspondent banks directly. Commissions listed here above apply only to transactions which can be handled in a routine fashion. Commissions and charges refused by our customers, or which cannot be collected are to orderer s debit. 4
The bank refuses to bear any responsibility for delays, errors, misinterpretations, etc. that may arise from incomplete or unclear instructions. Payment cancellation requests are effected on the best efforts basis. In the case a payment order has already been executed (i.e. credited to the account of the beneficiary) or advised to the beneficiary, cancellation requests may only be processed upon the consent of the beneficiary, even if the request for cancellation is received prior to the value date. Commitments to be undertaken and rates given herein relevant to them are subject to the bank s discretion. The Bank reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time without pre-advice. We are at your disposal on conditions concerning transactions not included in this list. 5
