Click Document List (Optional) Set Closing Costs 13. Click View PDF under 21 Auto-Upload: AUS - DU 1. Click Closing Cost page 2. Click Borrower Responsible Closing Costs 3. Enter the Amount for All Closing Costs, including but not limited to Appraisal Fee, Credit Report, Closing/Escrow Fee, Lender s Title Insurance, Pest Inspection, Recording Fee, Owner s Title Insurance, and all other applicable fees 4. Click + to add an additional fee in Section B, E, and H 5. Click Calculator next to amount 6. Choose Flat Fee to enter an amount 7. Click Save to confirm the fee changes 1. You can only modify fee Amounts. 2. You cannot modify the fee Amounts for Section A or for the Flood Certification and Tax Service Fee in Section B 3. If opted-in to the First American Title Integration, you cannot modify any fee Amounts in Section C, E, or H (Optional) Generate Initial Disclosures 1. Click Disclosures page 2. Confirm the Application Date matches the Interview Date on Page 3 of the 1003 3. Click Order Initial Loan Estimate 4. Verify all requirements are met in the Requirements Checklist 5. Click Next Document Vendor Audit 6. Verify all Warnings do not need correction 7. Click Next Order Document Preview 8. Review the initial disclosures v.11.29.18 Page 2 of 5

9. Click I have reviewed and accept the previewed Initial Disclosure PDF\ 10. Click Next Complete Request 11. Click edocs page 12. Click Document List Upload Submission Docs 13. Click View PDF under Generated Documents in EDocs page 1. You will need to send separately the Written List of Service Providers and Anti-Steering Disclosure. 2. Upload both documents as 3 Loan Submission Package on the edocs page 4. Choose Loan Submission Package Submit Loan 2. Click Resolve next to Submit: Loan Package for Submission Upload Underwriting Conditions 4. Choose Underwriting Conditions or Doc Request v.11.29.18 Page 3 of 5

Choose Broker Change of Circumstance Submit a Change of Circumstance 2. Click Resolve next to Submit: Loan Package for Submission Request Lock (At Any Point) 1. Redisclosures may be sent prior to Underwriter review. Failure to meet program guidelines will prompt a follow-up redisclosure 1. Click Pricing page 2. Choose TRID Closing Disclosure Docs & Doc Request Request Initial Closing Disclosure 2. Click Resolve next to Submit: Closing Disclosures Request Upload & Submit Funding Conditions 3. Click Broker Upload 4. Choose Funding Conditions 6. Repeat to upload additional documents 8. Email your Funder when all funding conditions have been uploaded. v.11.29.18 Page 5 of 5
