Next: school year 2012/2013 and CAP reform 2020 The EU funding of 90 million will be allocated to the 24 participating Member States (Sweden, Finland and UK have opted not to participate.) p The decision will be notified to Member States at the end of March The main beneficiaries of the scheme in 2012/2013 will be Italy, who is set to receive over 20.5 million, followed by Germany ( 11.6 million), Romania ( 9.8 million), Poland ( 9.2 million), France ( 5.6 million) and Spain ( 4.8 million). 18

Evaluation Based B d on the MS evaluations and the external one, the Commission will draft the report to the European Parliament and the Council by the end of 2012 Two interim reports have already been issued by the external evaluator The third report is foreseen for the 10th of April The draft final report is foreseen for the 10th of June All the reports from participating Member States were received, have been circulated and will be published soon on the web site 19
