For new events, events with more than 10 TFFs or events submitting less than 30 days before the event, refer to EHD s Special Event Coordinator or Supervisor.

Permit to Operate Fees - Short Term (180 Calendar Days) An amount equal to 50 percent of the fee for the corresponding regular-term Permit to Operate, or an amount equal to the contract hourly rate for the EHS III classification, whichever amount is larger. For FY 17-18, the EHS III contract hourly rate is $125.39. Late Payment Fee If the regular renewal fee is paid after the expiration date but within 31 to 60 calendar days after the bill for the regular renewal fee has been sent, the late payment fee will be an amount equal to 10 percent of the regular renewal fee. If the regular renewal fee is paid after the expiration date and more than 60 calendar days after the bill for the regular renewal fee has been sent, the late payment fee will be an amount equal to 30 percent of the regular renewal fee. Replacement Fee Issuance of each replacement permit or sticker 28.00 Transfer Fee Each transfer of a Permit to Operate 28.00 Consultation Services Fee; minimum charge = 1 hour, EHS IV 142.71 HACCP Inspection Fee (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Each HACCP inspection will be an amount equal to the contract hourly rate for the EHS IV classification multiplied by the number of person-hours or fraction thereof expended by EHD in providing the services; with a minimum of one person-hours charged for each inspection. For FY 17-18, the EHS IV contract hourly rate is $142.71. Non-Compliance Inspection Fee 197.00
