Exhibitors will not be permitted to start work on their stands before their fee has been paid in full. All bank costs must be paid by the payee. Exhibition fees are refundable, minus 150 administrative charge for cancellation received by 15 March 2013. Cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be made after this date and for no-show. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be given after 15 March 2013. 2. CEDA accepts no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots, or any cause whatever. Exhibitors are advised to insure against such liability. 3. Exhibitors are responsible for all personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with your trade stand and display area, howsoever caused. You hereby indemnify CEDA in respect of any claim and demands in respect thereof. 4. Exhibitors must have Public and Product Liability insurance which covers your trade stand. 5. Exhibitors must have submitted a completed trade stand application form, paid the trade stand registration fee prior the congress. 6. Exhibitors are not allowed to sub-let any portion of the space allocated to them, nor re-let the space to another person or organisation. 7. Exhibitors must keep all exhibited material within the confines of your designated area and respect building and dismantling times of the exhibition. 8. CEDA reserves the right to change the venue and duration if exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of change of venue and/or duration, the agreement to participate will remain in force as long as Exhibitor have been informed at least 14 days before the changes. 9. CEDA reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue or to remove any trader who does not comply with the above Conditions or in any way threatens to interfere with another participants or exhibitors of the congress.
