Why Pursue The Professional (LTCP) Designation? LTCP FEATURES: A designation developed for the industry by the industry input by industry experts on aspects ranging from designation structure to content review. Sponsored by two nonprofit industry associations America s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and American Association for Insurance (AALTCI). AHIP is the voice of America s health insurers, representing its members both in the nation s capital and in the states. AHIP is also a premier provider of education with a history of over 40 years of service to the industry. AALTCI is a national nonprofit organization composed of agents and brokers of long-term care insurance.
