EARMARKING Article 9 39 3 Gen. Reg. 1083/2006 The assistance co-financed by the Funds shall target the EU priorities of promoting competitiveness & creating jobs,, including meeting the objectives of the Integrated Guidelines for Growth & Jobs (2005 to 2008)

EARMARKING Article 2 12 1 ESF Reg. 1081/2006 In particular, the ESF shall support actions in line with measures taken by MS on the basis of the guidelines adopted under the European Employment Strategy,, as incorporated into the Integrated Guidelines for Growth & Jobs,, and the accompanying recommendations.

EARMARKING Article 9 39 3 Gen. Reg. 1083/2006 To this end, in accordance with their respective responsibilities, the Commission & the MS shall ensure that: 60% of expenditure for the Convergence objective & 75% of expenditure for the Regional competitiveness & employment objective for all the MS of the EU as constituted before 1 May 2004 is set for the abovementioned priorities

EARMARKING Article 9 39 3 Gen. Reg. 1083/2006 These targets, based on the categories of expenditure in Annex IV,, shall apply as an average over the entire programming period With a view to ensuring that specific national circumstances, including the priorities identified in the NRP of each MS concerned, are taken into account, the Commission & that MS may decide to complement in an appropriate manner the list of categories of Annex IV Each MS concerned shall contribute to these targets. At their own initiative, MS that acceded to the EU on or after 1 May 2004 may decide to apply these provisions

The NSRF shall contain ( ) : ( ) (d) a description of how the expenditure for Convergence and Regional competitiveness & employment objectives will contribute to the EU priorities of promoting competitiveness & creating jobs, including meeting the objectives of the Integrated Guidelines for Growth & Jobs (2005 to 2008)

PROGRAMMING Art. 37 1(d) Gen. Reg. 1083/2006 1. OP relating to the Convergence & Regional competitiveness & employment objectives shall contain: ( ) (d) for information purposes, an indicative breakdown by category of the programmed use of the contribution from the Funds to the OP in accordance with the implementing rules of this Regulation ( )

MS shall submit to the Commission the indicative breakdown by category of the programmed use of the Funds @ OP level, as referred to in Art.37 1.d Reg.1083/2006 & Art.12 5 5 Reg.1080/2006,, in accordance with Parts A & B of Annex II to this Regulation

REPORTING / MONITORING Art. 67 1.c Gen. Reg. 1083/2006 Annual & final reports on implementation 1. For the first time in 2008 & by 30 June each year, the managing authority shall send the Commission an annual report & by 31 March 2017 a final report on the implementation of the OP 2. The reports referred to in 1 shall include the following information in order to obtain a clear view of the implementation of the OP ( ) (c) for information purposes only, the indicative breakdown of the allocation of Funds by categories, in accordance with the implementation rules ( )

REPORTING Art. 11 Impl.. Reg. 1828/2006 Indicative breakdown of use of the Funds 2. The annual & final implementation reports referred to in Art. 67 Reg. 1083/2006 shall contain updated information at OP level on the cumulative allocation of the Funds by categories, as from the start of the OP, to the operations selected under the OP, presented for each combination of codes, in accordance with Parts A & C of Annex II to this Regulation. 3. The data provided by MS under 1 & 2 shall be used by the Commission only for information purposes.
