Portfolio of Services berlinovo s portfolio is currently allocated as follows: 48.1 % of target rental is in Berlin, 51.9 % in the rest of Germany and one real estate in the US. Our strategy with regards to our portfolio includes the pull-out of risky segments. In future, berlinovo will focus on Berlin and stable cash flows in the rest of Germany. Real estate abroad is going to be relinquished. The portfolio s wide diversification allows for the realization of various business ideas. Next to residential complexes it includes commercial real estate with trade-, specialty- and office properties. Asset Management berlinovo operates strategically when it comes to shaping performance. Our asset managers establish and realize tailor-made strategies with regards to portfolio and investment. They are apt in detecting how to increase value and take charge in times of necessary exit strategies. We deliver transparent, accessible and cutting-edge SAP-based reportings according to the client s needs. Property Management berlinovo s property manager offer a wide array of tailormade solutions. Our focus is on sustainability, growth and preservation of the entrusted real estate. Our property management teams treat every object as a stand-alone profit center to ensure maximizing long-term returns. Seasoned experts in construction technologies create the fitting marketing strategy for every property with analysis-based management measures. Our controlling calculates potential savings in all aspects of supply and disposal, insurance, use of energy, maintenance, etc. Our sets of data of all of our real estate are properly assessed and consistently compared in order to efficiently calculate how to reduce management costs. With tested and cost-oriented standards and bundled invitations to tender we optimize all of our clients management costs. Fund Management We are experienced fund managers at 29 closed-end real estate funds with 80 property companies. They include 24 funds, which are majority-owned by the state of Berlin and will be fully acquired by it in the near future. Our experienced specialists provide integrated funds accounting including annual financial statements and the reporting of tax results for national and international funds. They also take care of the funds controlling to ensure that the companies grow according to plan. The investor consultants answer all questions that regard the fund investments and prepare everything necessary for the shareholder resolutions, shareholder meetings and board meetings.
