3 How can we help you? PAY LESS BANK CHARGES Deposit cash using our ATM Advance machines Instead of going to an FNB branch teller to make cash deposits, rather make use of our automated ATM Advance deposit machines. Cash clears immediately, it s cheaper and it s quicker! Get an FNB Business Card and stop paying with cash Carrying cash these days is not only expensive but also dangerous. What s more, is that the FNB Business Card offers one of the simpler ways to pay for your business needs. Better ways to bank Cheques are fast becoming obsolete; they are expensive to process and are not as safe to use as electronic channels such as the FNB s Business Banking App and FNB s Online Banking. A sure way to save on charges is to rather do Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) via the FNB s Business Banking App or Online Banking. Request that your customers pay you electronically Cash deposits by customers into your account attracts high cash deposit fees that YOU end up paying for. By requesting that your customers pay you via Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT), you will reduce the cash deposit fees on your account. Have a real need to withdraw cash? Use Cash@Till instead of an ATM It s always cheaper to withdraw cash from an FNB ATM than a non-fnb ATM, but it s also cheaper to withdraw cash from participating retailers using Cash@Till. If you must withdraw cash, do it when purchasing goods at participating retailers. Switch to email statements Go paperless and save. Apart from the fact that it s to get email statements from FNB, it s more secure and easier to store/retrieve them. Furthermore, you can choose to receive them in both PDF and Excel (CSV) formats which make importing them or doing monthly reconciliation calculations much easier. 06
