EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE General Terms and Conditions Upon purchasing your package you must express your agreement with the General Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read the General Terms and Conditions below carefully. If you have any question, please contact us by email - edcadventure@t4f.com.br. We kindly request you to check the information in our website before contacting us. This will reduce the volume of inbound e-mails and will help us to deal more thoroughly with the more relevant questions. Please note that e-mails with questions to which answers can be found in the website will not be replied. The General Terms and Conditions below will automatically apply to all those who purchase an EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE. EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE Prices are shown in BRL (R$) per person and per day, in accordance with the package chosen. Buying a EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE, municipal and administrative taxes are included in the total price. Room tax is optional and can be paid directly at the hotel. Daily rates includes breakfast when served at the restaurant. Parking and any extra consumption not specified here are not included. The transportation to the itinerary Hotel Interlagos Hotel will work in two scheduled times: hotel Interlagos at 4:30pm and 10:30 pm and for Interlagos Hotel at 3am and 7am, subject to seats availability. All times are subject to change. Changes will be informed by the EDC coordinator when checking in at the hotel. It s possible to buy a package with Single Room (individual use), Double Room (double use with 1 bed) and Double Twin Room (double use with 2 beds). It s not possible to select the hotel. The accommodation will be confirmed in 4-star hotels located at Southern part of São Paulo, Ibirapuera and Jardins neighbourhoods, according availability. We ll give priority for guests who order first to be closer to the festival, considering the availability of rooms with one and two beds per hotel. Be attentive to the room type selected on time of purchasing. Once confirmed, it cannot be changed. Package Holder Identification When finishing the purchase process as a T4F website user, you ll get an email confirming the package you bought. This email will have a link in which you need to fill in with traveller s personal information. All information requested is necessary to finish your registration. Please make sure you fill in correct data. Hotel reservations and other services confirmation will bear the name you have provided in the registration form. We are not responsible for any problems that result from incorrect spelling. Please do not inform surnames and suffixes abbreviated. Prefer the forms such as Junior, Senior I, or similar suffixes. Please provide the surname that precedes such suffixes. Example: First Name: João /Surname: Souza Junior. ID presented when checking in at a hotel must bear exactly the same personal data as provided when filling the registration form.
Also, please make sure to carry an updated/valid ID. Brazilians should produce an RG in good conditions and whose issuance date is no longer than 10 years old, or still their driver s license. Foreigners must present a valid passport. Prices and Changes Prices are subject to change without prior notice and as available upon purchase. Packages will be available for online purchase on T4F website for indeterminate period. It ll be communicated by T4F at social media the sales ending or packages sold out. EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE are non-refundable. Changes, corrections in any of the personal information provided and substitution of travellers will be accepted only if informed by email until November 20 th, 2015 to edcadventure@t4f.com.br. This kind of requests need to be done by the package s buyer (the person registered in the website as user on purchase) using the same email informed to buy the package. We re not responsible for incorrect data informed by buyer on purchase. Travel Assistance (Insurance), Airline Tickets and Airport Transfer EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE do not include airline tickets, travel insurance as well as airport transfer. We strongly recommend to buy a travel assistance or be financially prepared for medical costs in case of needing local assistance. If you have interest in confirming travel insurance, airline tickets and airport transfer, please contact us by email at edcadventure@t4f.com.br. About the Official Travel Agency The official package is offered only and exclusively by Copastur Viagens e Turismo on the website. Packages are sold exclusively by T4F s official website. We do not sell any package by telephone or email, therefore beware of illegal market agents! All attendance to buyers will be done by email. We ll do not have a phone available for EDC Packages attendance. We ll do our best to reply all emails within 48 hours. We don t answer on weekends and holidays in Brazil. Purchasing Travelling Services from Websites Other than our Official Website We do not recommend purchasing accommodation, transfer or any other travelling services from websites other than the event official website. We are not responsible for any services other than those provided and confirmed by us. We shall not be rendered liable for any content disclosed by third party in their own websites. Likewise, we shall not be rendered liable for the Terms of Use, Conditions, Changes and Availability of Third Party websites. Payment and Confirmation Payment of the selected package (irrespective of how many people the package comprises) must be made through one only credit card. The total balance may not be divided by more than one sole form of payment. After purchasing your package, once the credit card provider has approved of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this email, there will be a link for an electronic form
which needs to be completely filled in with travellers personal information within 5 days after the purchase date. If we do not receive the data on specified time, the voucher will be sent with buyer s name, which can result in a longer time to check in and accreditation as well as a delay on package authorization during the trip. The voucher with the official confirmation will be sent to the email registered on purchase untl November 27 th. Please make sure you have provided the correct email address upon purchase to make sure this information reaches you. In case of none of the travellers be the buyer, a handwritten letter given the right of using the packages to the travellers signed by the buyer + a copy of the buyer s ID + a copy of the confirmation voucher will be necessary for checking in. All this printed documents mentioned here will need to be presented to the EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGECoordinator at the hotel. Availability and Approvals Package purchasing will not be completed in case the credit card provider does not approve of the purchasing transaction. The intermediary agency will not bear any liability for unapproved credit card transactions. General Terms and Conditions to Visitors who will be guests of the hotels selected for the EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE Liability Towards Property Damage Upon purchasing one of the EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE, every traveller agrees to his/her liability towards property, fittings and equipment damage as well as towards any theft, robbery or any other unacceptable behaviour that may result in financial losses to the hotel and all other partners hired for this contract. Every selected hotel reserves the right to request the package holder s credit card upon check-in for the purposes of a debt authorization to cover any damages and/or additional expenses during his/her stay. Behaviour Every package holder agrees to behave in accordance with the house terms of the hotel in which s/he is staying. Unaccepted or disrespectful behaviour towards any of the hotel staff or guests grant the referred hotel to terminate the client s stay without prior notification or reimbursement of any paid fees. Every package is held criminally and civilly liable towards the hotel for any moral or physical damage caused to hotel staff, service providers, guests and visitors within the premises of the hotel. The same applies towards the shuttle buses transfers. Every package holder agrees to not inviting into the hotel premises (rooms as well as any other areas) anyone whose behaviour does not comply with the provisions set above. Every package is held criminally and civilly liable for any damages and/or losses caused by anyone s/he invites into the hotel. Safety
The package holder acknowledges the right of any of the selected hotels to take any emergency measures which it deems necessary. Such measures will be dictated by the need to manage any situation which may hazard the safety of any person or persons. The package holder relinquishes any right to claim for any compensation from the referred hotel in case the referred emergency measures have to be taken. In situations when the behaviour of any package holder may hazard the safety of any person or persons, the referred hotel to terminate the client s stay without prior notification or reimbursement of any paid fees. Check-in and Check-out Check-in time for starts at 2pm. Check-out time at any of the selected hotels is 12noon. When checking in, the hotel will require a security deposit or your authorization for a credit card debt as security. You will have to show your ID (not a copy) with a photo (RG for Brazilians and the passport for foreigners). The security deposit or your authorisation for a credit card debt aims to ensure the payment of additional expenses (such as telephone calls, meals or mini-fridge bar products). Most international credit cards are accepted and for the purposes of a security deposit, a certain amount will be immediate debited on your credit card. Alternatively, the security deposit may be paid cash. In case the additional expenses add up to a lower amount than the amount charged at check-in, the hotel shall credit the balance into your credit card. If the security deposit was made in cash the hotels shall reimburse you in cash as well. If the security deposit was made through credit card debt, the hotel will only charge for the additional expenses upon check out. Dispute Resolution In case the package holder has any complaints regarding hotel services, s/he should contact the hotel management directly contact. For any complaint regarding the package services, package holders should contact the intermediary agency directly. The airline companies should be contacted regarding any complaints about the flights. However, the package holder agrees to not release the content of the complaint to the press or through any other known media without having previously notified the hotel. Non-compliance with this provision will be considered an attempt to slandering or libelling the hotel and/or its managers/owners. All claims/complaints must be submitted in writing and sent by registered post within 7 calendar days after the event. Any complaint received after this period will not be taken into consideration. Any disputes any specific legal procedures shall be assigned to the competent courts where the applicable Brazilian laws shall prevail. Force Majeure In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, acts of God, war, government authority, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation or transportation facilities or any other emergency or event beyond control) the selected hotels, transportantion company, the festival organizer (T4F) and the official intermediary agency are discharged from their obligations, without giving rise or any right to compensation according Brazilian regulation Civil Code, article 393. However, the previous suppliers informed before agree to inform the package holder as early as possible to mitigate any possible loss or damage.
In case of changing the hotel of accommodation after the voucher sending, the traveller will be informed as soon as possible and will be re-accommodated in another hotel with similar category. In case of changes made in the transfers hour services, the information will be available with the EDC BRAZIL 2015 ADVENTURE PACKAGE coordinator directly on hotel.
