Please include: -A check for the rental fee of $160** made payable to SRMA -A check for the security deposit of $250 if you are a resident/owner, $500 if you are a resident/tenant, made payable to SRMA. *** -The signed Rental Agreement *Some exceptions apply please inquire **Reduced rates may apply to weekday rentals (non-holiday) for certain types of events. ***Your security deposit check will not be deposited unless damage occurs and/or SRMA Party Room Rules are violated. All trash from your event will need removed from the clubhouse following the event, and placed in the dumpster outside the clubhouse. A key to the dumpster can be found hanging in the clubhouse. A $50.00 fine will be charged for any lost or misplaced dumpster key. You will have access to the clubhouse with your keycard the day of your rental starting at 9:00AM on the morning of your event until 1:00AM. ALARM SHUT OFF CODE IS: 40071 on the white keypad next to the entrance door (please keep this code for reference for the day of your rental!. Due to the new locks on the doors, please advise the start and end time of your event so the doors will be programmed to be unlocked for your guests to enter. This rental is for the day of your event only. If you deem it necessary to have an extra day to set up, you are more than welcome to fill out a rental form and rent the day before your event. (fees for the extra day are the rental fee and no cleaning fee). The new access system eliminates the hassle of you doing a walk through to receive a key. You are still responsible per your contract to complete the post party cleaning instructions in your contract and in the picture frame located on the clubhouse kitchen island for your convenience. The parking lot is for vehicle parking only and may not be used for event activities. Entertainment must be located inside the clubhouse. Live animals are not permitted inside the clubhouse. The renter is responsible for their guests and is responsible for all losses or damages to Sonoma Ridge Property caused by the renter or their guests. Noise must be kept to a level that will not disturb residents and there shall be no overnight guests. -Grilling, outside or inside, is not permitted. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the smoking area outside the front entry doors. (No smoking inside or on the deck) -Decorations must be hung using removable tape or painter s tape ONLY and all tape shall be carefully removed. Renter will be charged for wall/paint repair. Spilled candle wax or the use of confetti/sparkles will result in an additional cleaning fee. (Confetti adheres to laminate floor and must be removed by hand.)(candles can set off fire alarm when blown out Please extinguish with water) -When the event is over, the renting resident will complete the attached Post-event Requirements and must return the key to the drop box by the agreed upon date and time. -Rentals must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior in order to receive a full refund. I ALSO AGREE to pay the rental fee and provide the required security deposit check. I understand that I may lose my deposit if damage occurs and/or the above rules are violated. I will reimburse the SRMA for the costs of all repairs and/or replacements incurred as a result of actions by me or my guests. I further agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the Sonoma Ridge Master Association, its members, officers, directors and agents, from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, attorney s fees and costs, and obligations arising from and/or related to injury or death of any person, or damage and/or loss of any property occurring as a result of, related to, or in connection with the use of the Clubhouse facilities by me and/or my guests. Please extinguish candles with water to avoid smoke. -When the event is over, the renting resident must complete the attached Post- Event Requirements and return the key to the drop box by the agreed-upon time. -Rentals must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to event date in order to receive a full refund. *Some exceptions apply please inquire. ** Scotch Removable Tape (in a blue colored package) is available at Staples.
(Keep for your reference) The following cleaning services are performed by the SRMA: -Table and chairs are cleaned and put away. -Toilets, stalls, urinal and bathroom floors are wiped down/mopped and sanitized. -Soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. -The kitchen, refrigerator and all appliances are cleaned and sanitized. -The kitchen and party room floors are vacuumed and mopped. -Furniture is polished. The clubhouse has the following items/amenities available for your use. - 55 wall-mounted television, basic cable and internet - Quiet room with sofa, cable tv and dvd player - Gas fireplace - Two (2) self-cleaning ovens - Microwave - Side by side refrigerator/freezer - Dishwasher and double sink with disposal - Water fountain - Keurig coffee-maker with carafe - 42 cup coffee percolator - Sidewalk sign board (two-sided) (holds 22 x 28 posters) - 70 padded chairs (located in closet and in stair well) - (4) 8 rectangular tables, (5) 6 rectangular tables, and (4) 5 round tables. - 30 gallon wheeled trash bin and tall kitchen trash bin with one bag each. - 30 wine glasses The following supplies are provided. - Bathrooms - hand soap, paper hand-towels, toilet paper and tissues. - Kitchen - dish soap, Dishwasher soap, hand soap, paper towels, cleaning towel and two dish drying towels. - Mop, broom, bucket and upright vacuum located in storage closet. The following items are not provided and are the responsibility of the renter - Additional trash bags (tall kitchen and large (33+)) - Removable tape (available at Staples), painter s tape, and decorations. - Plates, cups, flatware, servings plates, trays and utensils - K-cups, coffee and condiments - 22 x 28 poster board for sidewalk sign board ($0.97 at Walmart) - Ice, coolers, drink bins - Table covers and skirts* *TABLE SIZES: 30 x 96 rectangle (4) tables seat 10-12 each 30 x 72 rectangle (5) tables seat 8-10 each 60 round (4) tables seat 6-8 each 46 x 66 oval (1) wooden table usually used for display)
