Forevergreen Compensation Plan The ForeverGreen Compensation Plan is a global plan designed to generously compensate Members, beating the average industry payout on commissionable volume. Our weekly pay plan and low monthly volume requirements simplify the effort it takes to be rewarded for your business building efforts, quickly and handsomely. The Basics Before we begin, let s get familiar with some basic terms and concepts. These will help you better understand the different aspects of the ForeverGreen Compensation Plan. MEMBER Members include anyone who joins ForeverGreen by paying a membership fee and agreeing to the Forever- Green Policies and Procedures. Members have exclusive responsibilities and benefits, such as special Member (wholesale) pricing and the opportunity to participate in the ForeverGreen compensation plan. The size of a Member s business, network, and/or income will directly correspond to the Member s personal efforts and results. ENROLLER This is the person who first introduced you to the ForeverGreen business. Enrollers are responsible for making sure all of their personally enrolled Members (PEM) receive adequate training and support. Enrollers should also understand the goals of his/ her personally enrolled Members to better provide the support they need. THE BASICS CUSTOMER A person who buys ForeverGreen product directly from a ForeverGreen Member at retail price is considered a customer. At this time, he or she is not interested in becoming a Member of ForeverGreen they only want to benefit from ForeverGreen products. Any referrals from customers are directed to their respective ForeverGreen Member. AUTOSHIP Autoship is a recurring-order program that ensures Members or customers receive their favorite products automatically, every four periods. Autoships can be modified or canceled anytime. PEM (PERSONALLY ENROLLED MEMBER) People you ve personally enrolled in ForeverGreen are your personally enrolled Members, or PEMs for short. Other names for PEMs may also include first level or front line Members. UPLINE Every Member has an Enroller. Your Enroller has an Enroller, and they have an Enroller, and so on. We refer to them all together as your upline. They are all there to support you. Reach out to them and benefit from their expertise! ENROLLMENT TREE Ensures your organization is structurally strong. The Enrollment Tree, or Downline, is the group of Members whom you have personally enrolled. Every Member you personally enroll is on your first level. Their personally enrolled Members then become your second level, and so on. There is no limit to the number of Members per level you can have in your Enrollment Tree. Your Enrollment Tree will determine your rank and your maximum Team Bonus payout.
THE BASICS PLACEMENT TREE Grows your commissions. All the Members that make up your Enrollment Tree are also placed into a two-legged (or binary) structure called your Placement Tree. However, your Placement Tree may also include Members not in your enrollment tree, but who were enrolled by your upline. The two-legs in your Placement Tree are known as your right leg or your left leg. The larger of the two is your big or power leg. The smaller of the two is your small or lesser leg. Your smaller leg is sometimes also referred to as your pay leg. VOLUME In addition to having both a Member and Retail price, each item available for purchase is associated with points also known as volume. The amount of volume in your organization will determine your commissions earnings. A product s volume is represented most often as QV/CV. Unless otherwise specified, QV and CV are the same amount. QV: This stands for Qualifying Volume. It helps you meet certain requirements such as rank and qualifications status throughout the compensation plan. CV: This stands for Commissionable Volume. This is the actual amount to be applied to percentages throughout the compensation plan and will ultimately determine commission payout. RANK As you perform certain actions and meet certain volume requirements, you are awarded titles that indicate different levels of success. These levels are referred to as ranks. Ranks at ForeverGreen, listed from lowest to highest, are Member, Starter, Starter Plus, 1-Star, -Star, -Star, 4-Star, -Star, 6-Star, 7-Star, All-Star and Hall of Fame. HOW DO I EARN BONUSES? To be qualified to earn bonuses in the compensation plan, you must have a personal volume of at least 0 QV (the bare minimum to be considered active ) for a total of four, week-long periods (the week in which you place the order, plus three more weeks). However, if you have a personal order of 0 QV, you will be considered fully qualified for the same four weeks. Members who are fully qualified have the potential to earn higher commissions as part of this plan. Any personal volume that exceeds 0 QV will count toward your Enrollment Tree volume and may help you rank advance. HOW OFTEN WILL I GET PAID? Commissions are processed weekly at the end of every seven-day period. Each period begins on Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. U.S. Mountain Time and ends on Monday at 11:9 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time. Commission calculations are finalized and posted the Friday following the close of the period. Payments are made early the following week; to 7 business days following the end of the commission period, or 1 to business days after commissions are posted. Speed of payment will depend on your selected payment method, which can be changed in your web office account settings.

Six Ways To Earn 1 Retail Bonus (Customer) When you share ForeverGreen products with customers, you earn the difference between the retail price and member price of each product. Retail customers must order products through your replicated site for you to earn this bonus. The QV/CV associated with retail customer purchases will count toward your personal qualification up to 0QV. Any excess volume will count toward your rank qualification as an extra leg in your Enrollment Tree. It will also count toward your pay leg in your Placement Tree for Team Bonus earnings. Retail Bonus (New Member) Similar to the Retail Bonus (Customer), when you share ForeverGreen s products AND business opportunity, gaining a new member, you still earn the difference between the retail price and member price on their initial order, which is purchased at retail price. However, the QV/CV associated with this purchase will be for your new member so that they can participate on the comp plan as well.
Starter Program This is a 4-week, step-by-step program paid to all ranks. -STARs and above will be paid whichever bonus is greater between their Starter Bonus and the Enroller Matching Bonuses earned during those four weeks Starter Bonus Fast Track At steps, 4 and in this program, you can earn more than double the Starter Bonus when you reach different levels in the Starter program within your first weeks as a member. + - -0-400 When am I? When am I PLUS? When am I -? When am I -0? When am I -400? You have at least one fully qualified PEM anywhere in your left leg, and at least one fully qualified PEM anywhere in your right leg. You have at least one PEM in your left leg, and at least one PEM in your right leg. You have at least four Active or Fully qualified PEMs. Minimum one per leg. You have 1,000 QV within your first two levels (considering a maximum of 0 QV per person). You must have at least four Active or Fully qualified PEMs and at least one on each leg is also a -. The -400 bonus is for -Stars and below and it pays $400 USD once every four weeks when meeting the requirements. If you were a -Star or higher during any of those four weeks, ForeverGreen will pay whichever bonus is greater between your Starter Bonus and the Enroller Matching Bonuses earned during those four weeks. When you achieve - within your first four periods in the business, the Fast Track bonus will award you an extra $ USD in the period when this step is achieved for the first time. When you achieve - 0 within your first eight periods in the business, the Fast Track bonus will award you an extra $0 USD in the period when this step is achieved for the first time. 4 Team Bonus Build both of your Placement Tree legs. When you re fully qualified with a personal volume of 0QV, you can earn 1% of your pay leg s CV for that week. If you re active with less than 0QV, but more than 0QV, you can earn 8% of your pay leg s CV. This Team Bonus will pay up to $0,000 per week. Requirements to earn Team Bonuses: You must have at least one active PEM in your left leg, and one active PEM in your right leg. You must have a minimum of 0CV in your pay leg for the week. When the team bonus is paid for the QV on the small leg, the amount of QV paid on the small leg will be discounted from the big leg for the new weekly period. This is called carryover. Any unpaid volume from your pay leg in the current period carries forward into the next period for up to 00CV in the pay leg, not exceeding the amount of the new payleg volume on the next period. Failing to maintain a minimum personal active order of 0QV or more cancels this carryover and resets both legs to zero volume in the new period. 7
Enroller Matching Bonus Pool This is a Reward for developing leadership within your Enrollment Tree when you re paid as a -STAR or higher (See chart). Earn a percentage of the Team Bonuses earned by all Members on the first 4 compressed levels of your Enrollment Tree. Levels compress to the rank of 1-Star. The Enroller Matching Bonus is a pool. Once the system has calculated the total amount of commissions for the, FastTrack, Enroller Matching Bonus Payout -STAR 4-STAR -STAR Team Bonus, and Rank Advance Cash Bonuses, the remaining amount becomes the Enroller Matching Bonus Pool. This amount is divided by the number of shares for the period.
