Delia has more than 20 years experience with Deloitte and is focused on providing employment and individual tax solutions to expatriates and executives of multinational companies in various industries. She was the leader of the Global Employer Services business unit of Deloitte South Africa, from June 2008 until September 2010, prior to relocating to the United Kingdom (UK) for 3 years. During her stay in the UK she gained valuable experience in providing innovative solutions aimed at assisting multinationals with the entire spectrum of mobility programmes and serviced Deloitte UK clients. She has also led the Africa Tax Desk which entailed coordinating the efforts of the Deloitte experts across the Firm to help the multinationals with setting up operations across Africa. Nazeer is the Public Sector Industry leader at Deloitte Southern Africa. A partner since 2004, he has a deep knowledge and understanding of government and hands on experience of delivering some of the most complex and challenging projects government has embarked on. His focus is on innovation and efficiency in delivering public services. This involves keeping close to government, understanding its priorities and bringing the right experts together to deliver solutions that are practical, implementable, cost effective and leave a legacy of long-term benefit for government. Alex is a director in the Global Business Tax Team of our South African practice. He has over 10 years experience as a tax specialist, including working at the South African Revenue Service. Alex has consulted to a broad range of clients including clients in the manufacturing and mining industries. He currently heads up the mining tax industry. Apart from transfer pricing, which is his primary focus area, Billy has considerable expertise in the areas of corporate income tax (including capital gains tax), VAT, fringe benefits and executive incentives and benefits. She joined the tax department in 1990 after completing her accounting and auditing articles at Deloitte. She has over 23 years experience in individual tax services. Her expertise and speciality in tax services extends to inbound and outbound assignees as well as high net worth individuals. Angelique has worked in the Deloitte Executive Financial Services and the Deloitte Private Clients team that specialised in high net worth individuals. Her previous role within GES focused around the taxation of globally mobile employees and the related impact on employers. This involves understanding and managing the risk and opportunities that surround global deployment of globally mobile employees. Hannah has worked with corporate and government leaders in providing research and analysis to assist clients to formulate and implement strategies in these markets. This included trade and investment promotion strategies for local and international clients evaluating commercial opportunities in sub-saharan Africa, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US. Hannah has also led and facilitated delegations on international trade and investment missions into Africa, Asia and Europe.

Musa has vast experience advising multinational organisations both with regard to inbound and outbound investments, international restructuring and re-organisation as well as general cross-border transactions. His clients include major manufacturing, telecommunication, construction and consumer companies. He currently heads up the telecommunication and media tax industry. Anthea is a chartered accountant and specialises in corporate tax, global mobility taxes and personal taxes of high net worth individuals. She has over 20 years tax consulting experience and provides tax advisory services to a number of multinational companies. She is the regional leader of the Western Cape & Namibia Tax & Legal Practice and also leads the Global Employer Services unit for Deloitte in the Western Cape. She was the author of the book Pay Less Tax and has also authored numerous tax articles for a wide range of media. She serves on the board of Deloitte Africa and is currently the chairman of the Audit/Finance Committee of the Deloitte Africa Board. She is also the chairman of the Deloitte Women in Leadership Africa committee of Deloitte Africa. She was recently named in the International Tax Review s 2017 Women in Tax Leaders guide, which recognised female tax leaders from across the world who lead the way in the tax field. Severus has over 25 years VAT experience and has advised several of our largest clients on VAT issues across a range of industries, including media, automotive, retail and financial services sectors. Severus also advises clients on the VAT implications of merger and acquisition transactions and oversees the due diligence work performed for clients. Le Roux has also advised a number of South African and foreign clients on corporate acquisitions, restructures and mergers, including doing tax due diligence reviews, providing tax structuring advice and advising on the tax efficient restructuring of corporate groups to facilitate the introduction of Black Economic Empowerment partners. She is the appointed actuary to the Council of Medical Schemes. Ashleigh provides strategic actuarial advice to medical schemes, service providers and companies. In addition, Ashleigh provides non-traditional actuarial advice, such as assisting entities with social reform, health reform, tariff modelling, economic modelling as well as strategic workforce planning initiatives. Mark has 26 years specialist tax experience with Deloitte and he has been a tax director for 19 years.
