Group Highlights Revenue Profits Initiatives Net debt Dividend Reported revenue 5.8% lower than prior year and 2.3% lower on a constant currency basis. Adjusted operating profit 18.2% lower largely as a result of the macro economic situation in Nigeria. Group wide initiatives underway to strengthen brand portfolios and reduce cost base. Strong balance sheet with net debt at 1.5 x EBITDA. Full year dividend maintained at 8.28p per share. 2
