You have the choice of the following bundles: Our Hotel: We chose to stay at the James Hotel. Located perfectly in the centre of the city, you are 15 minutes walking from the starting/finishing line. This 4-star hotel is a block away from Michigan Avenue, which is the place to be for shopping. Airfare is not included in our packages Booking Changes: If you wish to change any of your booking once confirmed. An administration fee of $50 will be charged. Cancelation from the Organizer: Run the Globe association has the right to cancel the trip in case of insufficient number of participants. In this case the deposit and the amount of the entry would be reimbursed. Hotel Credit: Credit card imprints will be required by hotels providing telephone, mini-bar, in-room movies, laundry and other facilities and services that can be charged to guest rooms. These will be required by the hotel at the time of checkin.
