Key Covers, Features and Exceptions Summary of Cover This policy provides a range of covers to meet your needs Policy Term The duration of the policy is 12 months from cover inception date or as detailed in your policy schedule. The following covers are included where shown on the policy schedule: Table 1 Features and Benefits SECTION A - MATERIAL DAMAGE Cover, Features and Benefits Cover is on a Fire and Special Risks basis or All Risks as detailed in your policy schedule. Claims settlement is either Reinstatement or Indemnity basis Glass Annexes Professional Fees Capital Additions - cover shall not exceed 10% of the Sum Insured under the relevant item or 500,000 in the aggregate whichever is the less Debris Removal (Stock Debris Removal up to 15% of the Stock Sum Insured) Drain Clearance Rent - Where applicable Exhibitions - Limit 10,000 any one period of insurance Trace and Access - maximum liability shall not exceed 10,000 in the aggregate during any one period Landscaping and Garden Restoration - maximum liability shall not exceed 25,000 in the aggregate during any one period Debris & Debris Removal does not cover costs or expenses incurred in removing debris except from the Premises where the Damage occurred and the area immediately adjacent arising from pollution or contamination of property insured by this Section Inherent vice latent defects, gradual deterioration, operating cause, wear and tear, faulty or defective design or materials Faulty or defective workmanship operational error or omission on the part Pollution and contamination Page 1 of 5

SECTION E - GOOD IN TRANSIT Damage to the Property Insured occurring during the Period of Insurance whilst In Transit by any method of conveyance anywhere within or between Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands Additional Expenses Limit 1,000 or 10% of the proportionate insured value of the damaged Property Insured whichever the lesser Clothing and Personal Effects Limit not exceeding 500 for any one director, partner or employee Tools and Travelers Samples Limit not exceeding 500 per vehicle Inherent vice latent defect, gradual deterioration, wear and tear, frost, fault or defective design or materials Disappearance or unexplained or inventory shortage Damage to property in or on soft-topped open- topped open-sided or curtain sided vehicles or trailers owned or operated by the Insured or in the care custody or control of the Insured if caused by storm tempest or flood theft or attempted theft unless the vehicle or trailer is stolen at the same time malicious persons in respect of an Unattended Vehicle or Trailer SECTION F - TERRORISM Damage or Consequential Loss in England and Wales and Scotland but not the territorial seas adjacent thereto as defined by the Territorial Sea Act 1987 occasioned by or happening through or in consequence of Terrorism This Section only has cover provided by : Pool Reinsurance Company Limited. Cancellation For any reason you are dissatisfied, or the Policy does not meet their requirements the Insured may cancel their Policy within 14 days of receipt of their policy returning their Policy documents the insurance agent who has arranged the cover. If you cancel the policy we will return part of the premium proportionate to the unexpired Period of Insurance provided that no claims have been paid or outstanding during the current Period of Insurance We may cancel this policy or any part thereof by giving 7 days notice by recorded delivery letter to your last known address. Provided there have been no claims made under the policy or that no incident has occurred that is likely to give rise to a claim or that there has been no breach of any policy conditions, you shall be entitled to the return of a proportionate part of the premium in respect of the unexpired Period of Insurance.
