TRANSACTION PARAMETERS AND IMPACT TO CRAMO ENTERPRISE VALUE OF SEK 2.725 BILLION Acquisition was approved by the Swedish Competition Authority on 4 October 218. Acquisition is expected to be closed at the end of October 218. NMG will be consolidated as part of Cramo s Modular Space segment Transaction is financed with bank financing and convertible note amounting to SEK 55 million.
