This guide features essential details about your account information, checks, debit card, online banking, online bill payments, transfers, text and mobile banking, and more. KEYS TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT ACCOUNT INFORMATION For most customers, checking, savings, CD, money market, loan and line of credit account numbers will not change at conversion. If there is a need to make a change, Cadence Bank will notify you by mail in a separate letter. The routing number for Cadence Bank is 062206295. CHECKS Please continue to use your existing checks and deposit slips until it is time to reorder. Then call 800-636-7622 for reorders. DEBIT CARDS You may also continue to use your existing debit card. On February 19, 2019, your debit card s daily transaction limit will increase to $3,500 per day, with these limits by transaction category. If you have a custom pre-set daily transaction limit, it will be unchanged. INTEREST ON CHECKING, SAVINGS AND MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS PAYMENT OF INTEREST Cadence pays simple interest on checking, savings and money market accounts. That interest is accrued daily and credited to checking and money market accounts monthly and to savings accounts quarterly. VARIABLE INTEREST RATE Variable interest rates on checking, savings and money market accounts are subject to change at any time and are set by Cadence Bank. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) will appear on your monthly or quarterly personal account statement. If you are seeking a fixed rate of return, Cadence Bank offers Certificates of Deposit to meet your investment needs. MINIMUM DAILY BALANCE ON MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS If you have a Personal Money Market account, you can avoid a $10 monthly service charge by maintaining a minimum daily current balance of $1,000 in your account. If your daily current balance falls below $1,000 on any day during the statement cycle, the $10 monthly service charge will apply. % CONVERTING YOUR RELATIONSHIP RATE FOR PERSONAL MONEY MARKET AloStar s Personal Money Market account provided you with a relationship rate that could vary monthly. At conversion, Cadence Bank will identify the highest rate that you earned in the previous three months at AloStar and set that as your rate guaranteed for at least 90 days. After 90 days, the rate may be subject to change as Cadence Bank is committed to competitive pricing, but the rate will no longer vary monthly. 8

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT (CD) ACCOUNT NUMBERS In order to prevent duplication, all CD account numbers will become 10 digits in length. If this should cause your CD account number to change, we will notify you in advance of conversion. INTEREST RATE AND MATURITY DATE ARE UNCHANGED There will be no change to your interest rate or the maturity date(s) on your CD. They will remain the same until maturity. RENEWAL All CDs will be renewed automatically unless you chose another option. If you wish to add funds or change the term of your CD, there is a 10-day grace period for automatically renewing certificates without penalty. To find rate information when your CD matures, call 800-636-7622. INTEREST Interest credited during a previous term is considered principal and cannot be withdrawn without penalty. Current penalties established by AloStar will remain in effect until your current CD matures and through auto-renewal, if applicable. Interest will continue to compound in the same manner as AloStar CDs until maturity and through auto-renewal. When you open a new CD on or after February 19 (not a renewal of an AloStar CD), Cadence interest calculations and penalties will be detailed in the Truth in Savings Agreement provided at account opening. ENSURING YOUR DIRECT DEPOSITS, AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS ARE UNINTERRUPTED DIRECT DEPOSITS Cadence Bank will contact the organizations that deposit directly into your account(s) and inform them of the change in your bank routing number. While many organizations will accept our notification, some may not and may cancel your direct deposit. Please notify the appropriate parties of the new routing number: 062206295. If you currently have scheduled direct deposits, we strongly recommend you contact those sources starting February 19, to verify that all changes have been made. If you encounter a problem with your automatic deposits, please contact us at 800-636-7622. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS If you have automatic payments drafted from your checking or savings account(s), you will also need to change all automatic withdrawals or payment services to your new Cadence Bank account(s), so they recognize the payment coming from Cadence Bank s routing number. You should notify your electronic payee(s) and provide them your new routing number: 062206295. YOUR DEBIT MASTERCARD You can continue to use your State Bank Debit MasterCard after February 19. Before it expires, you will receive a new Cadence Bank Debit Card with activation instructions. Please continue using your State Bank Debit Card and PIN surcharge-free. You may also use your debit card surcharge-free at any Allpoint or Publix Presto! network location. Cadence Bank also provides a fraud monitoring service for your card. RECURRING DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS NO ACTION IS REQUIRED If you currently have automatic, recurring payments to merchants or other companies using your State Bank Debit Card, those will continue without interruption after conversion. DEBIT CARD FRAUD PROTECTION With the SecurLOCK Equip app, you can see a message on your mobile phone as soon as a charge is made to your debit card. And if you didn t make that purchase, you can immediately use the app to turn off your debit card to reject more misuse. Download the free SecurLOCK Equip app from the App Store or Google Play. CONVERTING TO CADENCE BANK S ONLINE BANKING BEFORE CONVERSION WEEKEND FEBRUARY 15-18 PREPARE YOUR STATE BANK ONLINE BANKING FOR CONVERSION FOR ONLINE BANKING USERS: Beginning that Friday evening, February 15, State Bank s Online Banking will be available in view-only mode as we prepare for conversion. Thank you in advance for your patience during this transition. View-only mode means you will be able to view transactions completed through Friday in State Bank s Online Banking. You will be able to initiate new transactions beginning Tuesday, February 19, in Cadence Bank s Online Banking. Before February 19, Cadence Bank will continue to provide you with information about your Online Banking and Bill Pay. Watch for these notices in State Bank s Online Banking system and via email. Unless you hear otherwise, your User ID will remain the same. If you have set up any alerts in your State Bank Online Banking, make note of them and set them up the same way in Cadence s system. They will not convert automatically. Print or save your State Bank estatements if you want to keep them. FOR ONLINE BILL PAY USERS: Your recurring and future online bill payments, your payee information and all your payment history will be saved and carried forward in Cadence Bank s Online Banking family of services called Fluent by Cadence. The deadline is Wednesday, February 13, to schedule a new State Bank online bill payment. After that Wednesday, State Bank s Online Bill Pay will be available in view-only mode. You will be able to schedule additional payments or add payees beginning Tuesday, February 19, in Cadence Bank s Online Banking. Any payments scheduled for Friday, February 15, will be processed on February 19. STARTING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19 ENROLL IN CADENCE BANK S ONLINE BANKING SYSTEM FLUENT BY CADENCE Immediately following conversion, you may access Online Banking and Bill Pay via Cadence Bank s family of online, mobile and text banking services called Fluent by Cadence. Fluent is secure, easy-to-use and available to you 24/7. It provides exceptional convenience and is available to our clients at no additional cost. 12

With Fluent by Cadence, you can manage your banking from your mobile phone, tablet or computer. In fact, Fluent is a tool for monitoring all your accounts even your accounts at other financial institutions! All of your Personal State Bank online accounts will be added to Fluent Online Banking, and you will be able to access these accounts online. Your Bill Pay payees, scheduled bill payments and 18 months of payment history will convert to Fluent automatically. Please plan to check your scheduled payments to make sure they converted properly. Set up any alerts you want to have in place, such as when your balance falls below an amount you specify. Your State Bank estatements will not be available in Fluent. But you can still log in to State Bank s online system for 60 days after conversion to see or print your old estatements. A link to State Bank s estatements can be found at cadencebank.com/sbt. Enroll in Fluent at www.cadencebank.com/sbt After you enter your State Bank login ID, we will ask you some questions to verify your identity. Then we will prompt you to set up your password and security questions. Download the Cadence Bank Mobile app for your mobile phone or tablet. The State Bank mobile app will cease to work after conversion. Please remove it from your mobile device. WE ARE HERE TO HELP If you have questions, please call 800-636-7622. ENHANCED SECURITY PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNTS For your security in the future, when you change your password, security questions or contact information in Fluent Online Banking, you will be asked to verify your identity. We will send you a one-time-use code to the email address or the mobile number we have on file for you. You can select which way you prefer to receive the code: either by text or by email. Then you enter that code into Fluent to verify your identity. For enhanced security, you can also elect to enable the one-time code to appear every time you log in to Fluent. TRUSTEER RAPPORT If you have not already downloaded Trusteer Rapport security software to your computer, it is still available and you can install it for added security. Like State Bank, Cadence Bank provides Trusteer Rapport free of charge as an added layer to protect your online banking communication from being stolen by criminals. Rapport is highly recommended by Cadence Bank as an additional layer of security to any anti-virus or security software you already use. By protecting your internet connection and creating a tunnel for safe communication with your online banking website, Rapport blocks malicious attempts to steal money from accounts. If you have not already downloaded it, you will get a prompt to download Trusteer Rapport after you log in to Online Banking. MORE ABOUT ONLINE BANKING AND BILL PAY PERSON TO PERSON PAYMENTS: After conversion, you will still have the ability to initiate Person to Person Payments via PopMoney, a feature of Fluent Online Bill Pay. You will be able to send money to friends and family with just their email address or mobile phone number. Individuals whom you had set up in State Bank Online Banking will not map over, so you will need to set them up in Fluent Bill Pay. In PopMoney, you can select View Limits to see how much you can pay an individual via Fluent. 14

BANK TO BANK TRANSFERS: You can also make Bank to Bank Transfers. Through Fluent Online Bill Pay, you will be able to move money between your Cadence Bank checking, savings and money market accounts, and accounts at other financial institutions in the U.S. SCHEDULED ebills: When you log in to Fluent by Cadence Online Banking, your existing payees will be in place. Remember to reinstate any applicable ebills for your payees. QUICKBOOKS AND QUICKEN : After the conversion, you will have the ability to pull account transactions into Quicken or QuickBooks without leaving the Intuit software by using either Web-Connect or Express Web-Connect. Cadence Bank will provide more detailed information on preparing your software for the conversion. Quicken, QuickBooks and Intuit are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. 15

MOBILE BANKING Mobile Banking is included in the Fluent by Cadence family of services. On or after February 19, you can start using the Cadence Bank Mobile app from your iphone, ipad or Android device. Just follow these simple steps: Go to the Apple Store or Google Play to download the app called Cadence Bank Mobile. Log in to the Cadence Bank Mobile app with your Fluent login credentials. (See page 13 about enrolling in Fluent to obtain your login credentials.) FLASHDEPOSIT FlashDeposit, part of our Cadence Bank Mobile app, lets you deposit checks anytime, using your smartphone or tablet. You can make unlimited deposits up to your dollar limit each day. If you should ever reach your dollar limit, contact us at 800-636-7622 to request an increase. Deposits made before 7 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. CT are credited the same day. TEXT BANKING Check balances, transfer money between accounts and view transactions in seconds via text message about your checking and savings accounts. When you re in a hurry, nothing is more convenient. To enroll after conversion, log in to Fluent by Cadence Online Banking and select mobile banking. Then select text banking. Enter your mobile phone number, then add short nicknames for your accounts to make texting more convenient. Your savings account nickname might be Sav, for example. Then make a note of our SMS number (52924) and save changes. To make texting more convenient, set up Cadence Bank Text as a contact in your mobile phone, with 52924 as the phone number. TotalMoney lets you view all your balances and transactions in one place that can be a real time saver. TotalMoney also lets you track your spending and set up a budget all easy to monitor with this visual tool. After conversion, add your accounts at other financial institutions so you can view your total wallet via TotalMoney. 17

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT BANKING WITH CADENCE BANK TELEPHONE BANKING Soon you will have access to Cadence Bank s 24-Hour Telephone Banking. This service gives you access to your account information by calling 800-636-7622. On your first call to 24-Hour Telephone Banking, you will need your account number to access the system. Your PIN will be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder s Social Security Number, and you will be prompted immediately to change your PIN. BANK STATEMENTS You will receive a final State Bank statement with account activity through Friday, February 15, with no monthly service charge and any accrued, unpaid interest credited. After conversion, your statement delivery date will change. Your first statement from Cadence will be either a partial or full month statement based on our cycle dates. Any monthly service charge, if applicable, will be waived for your final State Bank statement period and your first two Cadence Bank statement periods. ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS If you currently receive your statement electronically, a final statement from State Bank will be sent electronically. Download your estatement history with State Bank prior to Friday, February 15, at 6 p.m. ET/5 p.m. CT. Your old estatements will not convert to the new system. After conversion, enroll in Cadence Bank estatements through Fluent Online Banking. When you log in to Fluent, click on edelivery and accept the estatement agreement. Going forward, you will receive an email to notify you that your latest estatement is available. Enrolling in Cadence estatements helps you avoid a $2 paper statement fee on some account types. The $2 paper statement fee will be charged starting 60 days after conversion, so be sure to enroll in Cadence estatement before then. Old State Bank estatements can still be viewed and printed on the State Bank online banking system for 60 days after conversion. ACCOUNT AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURES Cadence Bank s Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosures booklet is enclosed, which contains our terms and conditions. 18

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES A complete list of miscellaneous and online service charges is also located in the Account Agreement and Disclosures booklet enclosed. MORTGAGES, LOANS AND LINES OF CREDIT The terms and conditions of all loans and lines of credit, including note rate, term, payment and payment due date, will remain the same. After conversion weekend, you will have the option of making payments at any Cadence Bank branch or by mail. PAYMENT INFORMATION After conversion, you will begin to receive a monthly billing statement from Cadence Bank. Please use your monthly billing statement to make your payment. Discontinue the use of any existing coupon books after conversion. No new coupon books will be issued. If your loan is currently set up on automatic draft, that service will automatically transfer over to Cadence after conversion. If you are currently making payments through a third party (e.g., government allotment or bill pay service), it is your responsibility to notify them if your loan number changes and the new mailing address for the remittance of your monthly payment. However, most loan numbers will not change, and we will notify you by mail in advance of conversion if your loan number should need to be changed for your protection.
