ATTACHMENTS: Request form and Estimate BACKGROUND: Mavo Systems is requesting the closure of the sidewalk on West 4t" Street in front of Jordan Towers I located at 433 W. 4t" Street. Mavo Systems is replacing the windows and will be using lifts for the work which will be placed on the sidewalk. DISCUSSION: This closure is expected to begin October 5th and last until approximately October 22nd. The sidewalk will remain closed between the hours of 7: 00 a. m. and 5: 30 p. m., Monday through Friday. The area of West 4t" Street will be barricaded to prevent pedestrian access to the area. The application has been routed and approved administratively by staff. FUNDING SOURCE( S): Costs are billed to applicant ALTERNATIVES: 1.) Approve Request 2.)
