1. GSM Scrip Blocking functionality in Trader Entitlements from admin Terminal Control for blocking of Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) scrips has now been provided in the admin terminal of BOLT TWS for the member to block GSM scrips for its trader. Blocking GSM for individual Traders In the Trader Entitlement Window, facility for blocking of GSM scrips has been provided in Scrip Section. Menu for blocking of GSM scrips in admin terminal - Admin terminal Trader Entitlement Scrip Block Open Trader Entitlement window from Admin Terminal Click on Trader Tab and select a Trader Id from the List of available Trader Ids and click on Scrip block list button in the scrip section. Trader can select the required GSM level and click on Submit. In order to apply the rules set from admin on to the trader terminal, members are requested to follow a series of steps which are mentioned in detail in circular no No 20161130-20 (Release of BOLT TWS ver. 74.20) GSM view at the Trader s End Once the changes are applied, trader can view GSM level in the groupwise limits screen under Profile -> Clients -> View Rights and Limits -> Advanced options GSM Levels Allowed level will be displayed as follows - Page 4
Blocking of GSM for Multiple Traders through File Upload Functionality Provision to block GSM scrips for multiple traders is also provided via file upload. The format of the file can be accessed by downloading through Upload and generate button Scrip list (Export). The file downloaded also includes the headers. Using these file headers, user can create a file and upload the same using Browse and Validate button. Using the same facility, blocking up to 1000 scrips at member level can also be provided. Please refer to the below file format :- Field Name Level(Member/Trader) Level ID(Trader ID/Member ID) Member Level Apply Block Scrips Block Groups Allowed scrips within block groups GSM Level 0 TRADER/MEMBER Values to be provided in the file In case level is provided as 'MEMBER' then MEMBER ID to be provided. In case level is provided as 'TRADER' then TRADER ID to be provided Whether the blocking applied at Member level is to be applied to Traders. Display of GSM Level on Order Entry and Scrip Help window Trading members will be able to view the GSM level of particular scrip on Order entry Screen and in the Scrip Help window. GSM Levels 0 to 6 will be shown in GSM field. For Non GSM Scrips (i.e. GSM Level 100), GSM value will be blank. 2. Optional display of Average Buy Price and Avg Sell Price in 4 decimals in Net Position Window Trading Members can now view the Avg Buy Price and Avg Sell Price in 4 decimals in the Net Position Window Page 7
Trading members can configure the Avg price to be displayed in 4 decimals by configuring the same using the Rate in 4 decimal checkbox, as provided in the screen shot below on the net position window. By selecting the check box for Rate in 4 decimal trading members would be able to view the Buy and Sell Average rate in 4 Decimals and by deselecting the check box, the Buy and Sell average rate would be displayed in 2 decimals. By default the checkbox shall be unchecked. If the Buy and Sell average rate is in 4 decimals, the 4th digit after decimal would be rounded up if the 5th digit after the decimal is greater than equal to 5. If the Buy and Sell average rate is in 2 decimals the 2nd digit after the decimal would be rounded up if the 3rd digit after the decimals is greater than equal to 5. 3. Addition of Scrip Group for Market Movers in Touchline (Advanced Market Watch) Market movers feature on touchline (Advanced Market Watch) where Trading Member gets group-wise market reports for scrips in terms of Top Gainers, Top Losers, and Top Turnover & Top Volume is now extended for all the scrip groups for Equity Segment. 4. Segment-wise scrip search on touchline and advance market picture detail window Trading Members can now search scrips, segment-wise on touchline and advance market picture detail screen. For Equity and Debt segment scrips, search criteria would be based on the Scrip Id and Scrip Code. For Derivatives and Currency Derivatives contracts, search criteria would be based on the Product, Instrument Type, Underlying Asset and their respective Expiry date and Strike Price. For searching particular scrip through Touchline window for different segments i.e. Equity, Equity Derivatives, Debt and Currency Derivatives, trading member needs to press the Insert key on keyboard in order to invoke the search screen. In order to add the scrip to the touchline window the user needs to press the Enter key which would display a warning window as below. A Blank row can also be added though Insert option by Clicking on Blank Button Market Picture window has the same searching criteria as the Touchline window. ***End of Document** Page 9
