Trip Dates: March 22-25, 2019 Any member of the Band or Chorus during the 2018-2019 school year is eligible to participate in the trip. This includes: First and second semester Chorus, Chorale, and Varsity Jazz Members Full year and trimester band students

NOTE: In keeping with Educational Tours, Inc. s commitment to safety and security, we prepare each itinerary in accordance with the DOT rules and regulations, giving drivers a minimum of 9 hours off each night and a maximum of 15 hours on duty during any 24-hour period. Therefore, Travel Protection will be purchased on your behalf, and includes Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR), Accident and Sickness, Trip Interruption, and Travel Delay Protection. This plan follows Educational Tours, Inc. s cancellation policy. Details of this plan are available from your Group Leader. The total cost of the trip is estimated to be $854.00 per participant at this time for quad occupancy. Up to 12 adults/chaperones upgraded to double rooms at quad occupancy rate.

Add your Trip Number (format example: 19-15023) to add your trip. You will then see the number of the trip and the name of the trip. 04. Add as many participants as you are paying for. At the end of each participants name you will see a pay button. Click this. The next screen will be where you fill in the amount of the trip payment. Please note that if you enter your name only with no payment you will be put on the Waiting List. Making a scheduled payment amount will enroll your name on the Official Trip Roster. You will need to refresh the screen after making the first payment to change from Waiting List to Traveling. (Refresh by either changing to a different screen and then go back to this screen to update it or use the F5 button at the top of your keyboard to refresh.)

You will see a green Thank you and receive an email confirmation for that purchase. If you see a Sorry, your payment cannot be processed notice, it is either due to a typing error or the issuing card company rejecting it. It is not ETI or the website determining the rejection. Please retype and submit again to see if you had typing errors or check with your issuing card company to resolve the problem. A confirmation email will state this too for reference.
