Meet the Professionals Larry Linn Financial Planning Specialist First Vice President - Wealth Management Financial Advisor Left to right: Larry Linn, Michelle Eggers, Mike Eberly Larry has been with Morgan Stanley since 1999. Prior to joining the firm he spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy Civilian Engineer Corps becoming an expert in project planning, time value of money, and risk mitigation. Larry's responsibilities within the group include the oversight of our Financial Planning Process and managing custom portfolios for our clients seeking to maximize returns without taking unnecessary investment risk. Larry's work history and life experiences provide a solid foundation from which to advise clients on how to deal with unfamiliar and seemingly overwhelming financial situations. Larry is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy receiving a BS in Naval Architecture and a graduate of Texas A & M receiving an MS in Ocean Engineering. He is a member of the West Olympia Rotary Club and a former Board Member for the American Red Cross Mount Rainier Chapter. Larry grew up in Olympia and is a descendant of family that settled in Olympia in 1876. 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Michelle Eggers Senior Registered Associate Michelle is the group's heart and soul and has been with Morgan Stanley since 1995. Her experience in helping to meet client needs is paramount for the client to realize an overall rewarding experience. Her depth of knowledge with corporate systems and processes as well as financial rules and regulations makes her indispensable to the group for everything from security transactions, account maintenance, processing, and researching complex client questions. Michelle holds an AAS degree in the Fabrication of Orthotics and Prosthetics and moved from the eastside of the Cascades in 1990 to work in Olympia in that field. She holds a Series 7 and Series 66 in the investment industry. Michelle enjoys downhill and cross country skiing, golf, being outdoors, and volunteering. Mike Eberly Financial Advisor Mike joined Morgan Stanley in early 2013. Prior to returning to Olympia with his family, he developed wealth management strategies with clients while working at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Anchorage, Alaska. Mike has previous experience in banking, forest resource management, and is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Mike's responsibilities within the group include security analysis, maintaining cutting-edge practice management technology, and ensuring adherence to each client's wealth management plan. Mike received an AAS in Fish and Wildlife Management from Hocking College, a BA in Business Administration from St. Martin's University, and holds an MBA from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
