Unless otherwise provided herein, defined terms in this Cboe Europe Index Licence Order Form shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Cboe Europe Index Licence, the Cboe Europe Index Price List or the Cboe Europe Index Data Policy; or (b) if it wishes to be an Index Data Vendor, it has reviewed the Cboe Data Recipient Standard s & Conditions, in the version in force at the time this Cboe Europe Index Licence Order Form is executed which are available on the https://www.indices.cboetrading.co.uk/ website, or, in case such an agreement is already in place, in the version already executed (the DRA ).
