B 30 PKB FUND DESCRIPTION PKB tracks a quantitative index that selects building and construction companies most likely to outperform based on growth and value metrics. PKB FACTSET ANALYTICS INSIGHT PKB the only ETF covering the construction engineering industry Fits our benchmark poorly but has a viable investor base. PKB s weak coverage isn't surprising, as the industry has only a handful of pure-play stocks (our benchmark has only 13 holdings), making it hard to replicate in ETF form. Rather than mimic the industry exposure, PKB holds stocks within and related to the construction engineering industry expected to outperform the industry. PKB expands its scope to include specialty retailers and household goods names, diluting the exposure. Still, the fund s somewhat quirky basket comes with decent asset base and trades with workable volume although holding costs are higher than its substantial fee. PKB MSCI ESG ANALYTICS INSIGHT The MSCI ESG Fund Quality Score measures the ability of ETF underlying holdings to manage key medium to long-term risks and opportunities arising from environmental, social, and governance factors, as determined by MSCI ESG Research LLC. As of December 26, 2018 the Invesco Dynamic Building Construction ETF MSCI ESG Fund Quality Score is 4.88 out of 10.
