Receipt of the latest period of LKPM submission; and o. Permission or Recommendation Letter: 1. for integrated palm oil plantation companies, the processing industry must be completed with a Technical Recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture cq. Director General of Plantations that have been owned; 2. for rubber industry companies to become sheets, concentrated latex, crumb rubber, must be completed with a Technical Recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture cq. Director General of Plantations that have been owned; 3. for integrated sugarcane plantation companies with processing industries must be completed with Technical Recommendations of the Minister of Agriculture cq. Specific Principle Licenses for mining companies completed with Mining Business licenses (IUP) and for mining service companies completed with Mining Services Business licenses (IUJP) and Working Contracts with IUP owners; 5. The IUP as referred to in number 4 must be clean and clear from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM); and/or; 6.
