GENERAL INFORMATION / OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS Submission Deadline: Duly filled sealed bid Forms for at S.No. 1 to 8 Lahore, Multan & Rawalpindi (marked site name on top left corner of envelop) alongwith prescribed documents for each site should be submitted at REDAMCO Regional Office at PR Boys Hostel Building Opposite UET Gate No.3, G.T. Road, Lahore upto 1 st February 2018 at 11.00 hrs and shall be opened on the same date at 11.30 hours in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives. Sealed Bid for S.No.9 (Quetta) will be opened at Quetta Divisional Office, Committee Room on 03.02.2018 at 11.00 hrs. Any bid received after this date & time shall not be entertained. Demand Draft or Pay order of Pak Rupees 10,000/- (Non-Refundable) on account of bid processing fee and Rs.500,000/- (Refundable) against each site as bid security in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd must be attached with the bid form. i. The name of Site for which bid is being offered must be clearly mentioned on the top left corner of Bid Envelop. ii. iii. iv. The Bidders shall offer their bids for annual rent which will be increased @ 8% (Compound) per annum, whereas the lease premium is fixed and payable one time upfront (Non-refundable) for 33 years lease term (Non-Extendable). The bid will be valid for 120 days. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after finalization of bidding process. v. The bidder will quote for the entire total area as mentioned in the site plans / advertisement. Bids for part area or conditional bids shall not be considered. The areas mentioned in these 09 PR sites are tentative and subject to actual measurement at site. vi. vii. viii. ix. The offered bids shall not be construed to be the acceptance of the bid but is subject to final approval by the Competent Authority. Conditional bid(s) or any over-writing on bid form are liable to be rejected. The successful bidder will get possession of site after payment of fixed lease premium (One Time Upfront Non-Refundable) and 1 st year annual rent in advance and after signing of proper Lease Deed for setting up fuel station/petrol pump and allied faculties such as motor spirit/high speed Diesel/POL/Service Station/ATM, Mart/Tuck Shop, Car Wash, Oil Change, Tyre Shop facilities. Nine (09) months mobilization period will be permissible from the date of handing over of possession of site to successful bidder. All expenses, levies, Taxes, Charges and NOCs/ Approvals from all concerned Government Departments/ Authorities etc. in connection with installation & operating a fuel station/petrol pump shall be the sole responsibility of the successful bidders/tenants. x. The successful bidder shall deposit 10% withholding tax for filers and 15% tax for non-filers on fixed lease premium for 33 years as per section 236-A of Income Tax Ordinance. xi.
