Meet the Professionals The Sproul-Gough Group 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Kenneth M. Sproul, CFP Vice President - Wealth Management Financial Advisor Ken has been with Morgan Stanley since 1982, serving as a Financial Advisor in the Huntsville office. He earned a B.S. from Alabama College, a M.B.A. from Samford University, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner designation. He has taught business courses at the University of Montevallo and at Athens State University over the last 30 years. Ken has received the General Securities Representative Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, General Securities Sales Supervisor, Series 8, as well as the Registered Option Principal, Series 3, 4, 5 and 15 licenses. He has also received the professional designation of Rule 144 Specialist. Ken has been married to his wife, Linda, for 44 years and together they have two children and three grandchildren. Glenda B. Gough Investment Management Consultant Associate Vice President Financial Advisor Glenda joined Morgan Stanley in March of 1980. After serving as Operations Manager, she earned her General Securities Representative Series 7 and 63 licenses in 1987. She later became licensed as a General Securities Sales Supervisor, Series 8. She is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants. Through the firm s Graduate School Program through the University of Pennsylvania s Wharton School of Business, Glenda earned the designation of Investment Consultant. She has also completed several courses of additional study on Estate Planning, and has received the professional designation of Rule 144 Specialist. LESLIE K. SOLLEY Senior Registered Client Service Associate Financial Planning Associate Leslie joined Morgan Stanley in August of 1984, beginning her career in Operations. In 1995, to further her career with Morgan Stanley, she earned her General Securities Representative Series 7 and 63 licenses. In 2001, she earned the designation as Registered Investment Advisor. Most recently, Leslie completed courses of additional study to earn the designation of Financial Planning Associate. She diligently and professionally ensures that client operational issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Leslie maintains a thorough and practical understanding of legal and compliance guidelines. Born and raised in Huntsville, AL, Leslie and her husband of 29 years, Gary, have a 27 year old son, Matt, and a dog, Molly. HEATHER D. SAINT Registered Client Service Associate Heather recently joined Morgan Stanley in October of 2012. She started her career in the wealth management industry over 15 years ago, with thirteen years at Merrill Lynch and the last two years at UBS Financial. Heather earned her General Securities Representative Series 7 and Series 63 licences in 1999. She graduated from the University of North Alabama in 1995 with a B.S. in Education and a minor in Business. Heather joined the Sproul-Gough Group as our marketing coordinator. Her focus is planning client events, setting up portfolio reviews, and helping our team be more proactive in communication with clients. Heather and her husband, Shannon, live in Grant and have an eleven-year-old daughter, Baylee.
