Business review: New operating model for Danske Bank Northern Ireland Business review findings Our Northern Irish branch network Beginning in January 2016, Danske Bank Northern Ireland will operate as a separate business unit 46 branches Only limited operational synergies and customer interactions with the rest of the Group 20 % market share by lending More efficient operation as a stand-alone business Enables local management to develop and protect the franchise for the benefit of customers Continues to benefit from group cost efficiency Strengthens the Nordic universal bank organisation 11
