His practice focuses on a wide variety of issues under the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act, and fund-related issues under the Securities Act and Exchange Act, as well as NYSE and FINRA regulation. Mr. Attisano has extensive experience with fund reorganizations and liquidations. Mr. Almquist is a partner in the Boston office who counsels clients on a full range of domestic and cross-border tax issues.
