Replace table 3 with table 3 hereunder: Table 3: Minimum Wages for year 3 SCHEDULE Minimum Wages for Year 3 (with effect from 1 September 2014) (1) The increase for Security Officers Grade D in all areas will be calculated by adding the annualised Consumer Price Index plus 2% (two per cent) to the Grade D salary rates for Year 2, with a minimum increase of 7% (seven per cent) for such entry levels and maximum of 8% (eight per cent). (2) The increase for all higher grades or levels for all categories will be calculated by adding the Rand value of the entry levels applicable to each category to the Year 2 salary levels for all such higher grades or levels.
