Tel No.: (0265) 2481717 NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT OF PRINTERS FOR PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF BANK S PRESCRIBED STATIONERY ITEMS Bank of Baroda, Zonal Stationery Cell, Baroda invites offers for pre-qualification of reputed printers from Gujarat for empanelment of printers for TWO years from June-2012 to May- 2014 for printing of various stationery inclusive of paper, binding, packaging and supply. The printer should have printing infrastructure In Gujarat. Past empanelled / pre-qualified printers are also requested to apply. Interested printers having experience of such works in Govt. Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, Nationalised Banks, Financial Institutions, Autonomous bodies may submit us application in prescribed proforma in sealed cover duly completed in all respect on or before 12-05-2012 till 4.00 p.m. Please invariably mark on cover as PREQUALIFICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF PRINTERS. Printers empanelled shall be eligible for getting tenders/inquiries for printing up to maximum value of Rs.2.00 Lacs at a time. Printers may also get work directly from the Zonal and Regional office under their Jurisdiction. Only those printers who have executed work fulfilling following criteria are eligible to apply 1. Minimum Three similar work each costing not less than Rs.80,000/- OR 2. Minimum Two similar work each costing not less than Rs.1,00,000/- OR 3. Minimum One similar work each costing not less than Rs.1,60,000/- Please note that mere fulfilling of minimum eligibility criteria and submission of forms do not automatically qualify for empanelment. Bank reserves the right to enlist or reject the Printer without assigning any reason whatsoever.
