The IESS project: partner INPS Previous collaboration experiences with MEF-DT and FGB: European project Innovative datasets and models for improving welfare policies to: Create a proper database named AD-SILC to integrate the INPS administrative archives with the survey IT-SILC 2005 conducted by ISTAT among the italian households. Sample AD-SILC characteristic: Anonymised individual data; Sample Representativeness and comparability at European level, ensured by ISTAT methodology used to collect the 'income and living conditions' of Italian households; Innovative elements with the introduction of information both of a socio-demographic kind such as level of education and household composition, and of the job characteristics such as seniority in terms of contribution, the income level, the employment relationship characteristics, that allow longitudinal analysis on the main aspects related to the individual's work history.

The IESS project: aims Create a new integrated database AD-SILC extending the observation period of the sample by: annual release of the sample ISTAT IT-SILC used to collect the Income and living conditions for the years 2006-2012; updating the work histories derived from the contribution statement and from the INPS archives regarding individuals included in the sample ISTAT IT-SILC. Study the labour market dynamics and evaluate the labour policies; Analyze job career and pension choices; Evaluate, through the dynamic microsimulation model T-DYMM, the adequacy of the social security.
