We will also look at various types of preliminary agreements such as heads of agreement and memoranda of understanding and consider the advantages and disadvantages of using them. Effective communication in contract negotiations This session will explore the ways in which effective communication can assist in contract negotiations. In this session effective contractual language, strategies on using non-verbal communication and understanding how to effectively communicate your points during contract negotiations will be discussed.
