The prpsal encmpasses mail prcessing fr ZIP cde ranges 960. Currently, the Redding CSMPC is an wned facility that prcesses all mail in the 960 ZIP range. With the apprved AMP, Redding's mail prcessing peratins will transfer t the Sacrament P&DC. Alng with prcessing peratins, the Redding CSMPC facility huses administrative ffices, a carrier delivery unit, a Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) and a retail unit. The Redding CSMPC facility is apprximately 161 miles ~rm the Sacrament P&DC. Financial Summary: ~nnual baseline data came frm July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011.
