This presentation will discuss a dozen of the more common tax traps involving life insurance and annuity beneficiary and ownership designations. As a tax, legal and/or insurance professional you have a duty to be knowledgeable about these tax traps so that you can properly advise your clients when assisting them with their financial and estate planning. About Our Speaker: Keith is a graduate of the University of Iowa, Iowa City. He obtained his law degree from Drake Law School, Des Moines, IA in 1991 where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Keith earned his Masters of Law Degree (LLM in Tax) from Boston University Law School. Annuity Strategies in Financial Planning This program was produced by the Society of Financial Service Professionals for chapter use and is being presented locally via a DVD.
