You will be required to change your password upon first entry into the system. 2. 3. To make a gift: a. Click on the blue Pledge Now button at the top right of the screen. b. Select your payment option: Payroll Deduction, Credit Card or Check. c. Press Continue.

d. Select your donation amount category and enter the corresponding amount you wish to give. Several giving levels have been created for you: i. Mission Champion equals one hour of pay per pay period (associate fills in amount). ii. Mission Supporter is a half hour of pay per pay period (associate fills in amount). iii. Mission Partner is $5 per pay period. iv. Any dollar amount per pay period. v. One time deduction of any amount. If donating as Mission Champion or Mission Supporter with check or credit card, associate calculates full annual amount for designated level and writes check for full amount, credit card will be charged one time for full amount. If donating via payroll deduction each level, with the exception of the one-time deduction, will be deducted from all 26 pay periods in 2018.

2nd 1st e. The next screen, Pledge Information, will allow you to designate your funds. f. Scroll past the Donation Distribution section, and select either Donate to an Ascension Fund or United Way Agency or Provide Agency and/or Fund Info (Write In).

g. If you chose Donate to an Ascension Fund or United Way Agency you will be given a list of all Ascension sites and your local United Way. h. Click on your preferred site, and you will see a list of funds to select from. Click on Select for the first fund to which you wish to donate. You can also use the Agency Name and other fields shown to search for a specific fund. Once selected, the fund will appear above in the Donation Distribution section. Continue to select funds to which you wish to donate. i. Please note that due to United Way rules, associates will only see funds for the United Way closest to their work address. If you desire to give to a different United Way agency, you can use the Write-In button.

j. If your preferred Ascension fund or United Way Agency is not listed, click on Provide Agency and/or Fund Info (Write-In) to write in where you would like your donation to go. Type in the name of the fund or agency to which you wish to donate, the city, and state and press Continue.

k. When finished allocating to funds, scroll back up to the Donation Distribution section to allocate the percentage or dollar amount of your donation to each fund. The United Way will always appear, but does not require an allocation l. Press Continue to advance to the Acknowledgement information screen. Please select/enter acknowledgement information as relevant and press Continue.

4. This will display the Review Screen for you to review the entries that you have made for your gift. Once you have carefully reviewed your donation, press Submit Contribution. 5. You will receive a confirmation email denoting the information submitted. If you have opted to donate by check, follow the instructions given as to where to send your check(s). 6. For associates without internet access, paper pledge forms are available from your presenter, on the Tau Net or from your local Foundation office. 7. PTO donations cannot be made online. If you wish to donate PTO to the legacy Wheaton Associate Emergency Funds or the Ministry Associate Basic Needs Funds, you must do so via a paper pledge form which is available on the TauNet or from your Foundation Office. Donating PTO is NOT available to associates with front loaded PTO.
