1 : Credit Card Registration Credit Card Agents who have credit card payment authorization will need to settle the payment for all services booked by their own credit card (Payment through client s credit card is NOT accepted) Register New Credit Card For new credit card registration, click Register New. Enter credit card details Card Number and Expiration date Card Holder s Name (Any Name) Please enter credit card holder s name. This name will be displayed in the tour fare payment screen. After entering credit card detail, click REGISTER/MODIFY <NOTICE> Maximum of 5 credit cards can be pre-registered. - 3 -

1 : Credit Card Registration Modification / Deletion of pre-registered card Select card to be deleted/modified. To delete card detail: Click DELETE To modify card detail: Update card detail and click MODIFY - 4 -

2: New Reservation Please refer main user instruction to search and select 2-1: Enter Credit Card detail: Select pre-registered card or enter new card detail In case of payment by pre-registered credit card, please click the registered credit card holder s name and input the security code. Tour fare amount to be settled by credit card Click to review this order In case you prefer to settle payment by another credit card, fill in the detail of a new credit card. At this point, payment transaction will not be executed. - 5 -

2: New Reservation 2-2: Review this order: Click to CONFIRM Credit card selected for payment Tour fare amount to be settled Click to confirm reservation By clicking CONFIRM button, payment transaction will be executed. - 6 -

2: New Reservation 2-3: 3D secure registration screen After clicking CONFIRM button, the screen will switch to password authentication screen of each credit card company. Upon entering the pre-registered password, the screen will switch back to GENESIS2. SAMPLE Do not click back button! Do not close the window! Enter your 3D secure code - 7 -

2: New Reservation 2-4:Reservation Confirmed When the status becomes OK, reservation procedure is completed - 8 -

3: Cancellation of Reservations 3-1 : Search My Itinerary to find PNR Please select PNR(My Itinerary) to be cancelled from Search My Itinerary. Once you have selected the PNR, click Modify My Itinerary. Click MODIFY MY ITINERARY - 9 -

3: Cancellation of Reservations 3-2 : Select the service to be cancelled Click CANCEL - 10 -

3: Cancellation of Reservations 3-3 : Check the refund / cancellation changes To abort cancellation procedure, click CANCEL. Cancellation is not confirmed until status is XL. Refunds will be paid to the credit card originally charged. Cancellation charge will be charged to the designated credit card. Enter credit card detail for the payment of cancellation charge. Refund amount Cancellation charge At this point, payment transaction Click REVIEW THIS ORDER to confirm cancellation will not be executed. - 11 -

3: Cancellation of Reservations 3-4 : Confirm the service to be cancelled Cancellation is not confirmed until status is XL. Click CONFIRM to cancel By clicking CONFIRM button, payment transaction will be executed. - 12 -

3: Cancellation of Reservations 3-5 : Cancellation confirmed Status is now cancelled(xl). Refunds will be paid to the credit card originally charged. Cancellation charge will be charged to the designated credit card. - 13 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-1 : Search My Itinerary to find PNR Please select PNR(My Itinerary) to be modified from Search My Itinerary. Once you have selected the PNR, click Modify My Itinerary. Click MODIFY MY ITINERARY - 14 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-2 : Select the service to be modified Click CHANGE - 15 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-3 : Select new departure date / number of pax Click CONTINUE - 16 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-4 : Confirm the service to be modified Click MODIFY - 17 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-5 : Enter credit card detail Enter card detail for payment of cancellation charge and new fare amount of modified tour. Click REVIEW THIS ORDER to confirm modification. At this point, payment transaction will not be executed. - 18 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-6 : Confirm the modified service before execution Modification is not completed until status is OK. By clicking CONFIRM button, modification transaction will be executed. - 19 -

4: Modification of Reservations 4-7 : Modification confirmed Status is now modified(ok). Refunds will be paid to the credit card originally charged. Cancellation charge will be charged to the designated credit card. - 20 -
