ACCIDENT SUPPORT REPAIR PLUS + SECTION 1- OUR AGREEMENT NOTICE: For all intents and purposes where there is a conflict or ambiguity as to the meaning in the Bahasa Malaysia provisions of any part of the Contract, it is hereby agreed that the English version of the Contract shall prevail. CONSUMER I The following clause shall apply if You are purchasing this Policy as an Individual This Policy is issued in consideration of the payment of Premium as specified in the Policy Schedule and pursuant to the answers given in Your Proposal Form (or when You applied for this insurance) and any other disclosures made by You between the time of submission of Your Proposal Form (or when You applied for this insurance} and the time this contract is entered into. The answers and any other disclosures given by You shall form part of this contract of insurance between You and Us. However, in the event of any pre-contractual misrepresentation made in relation to Your answers or in any disclosures given by You, only the remedies in Schedule 9 of the Financial Services Act 2013 will apply. This Policy reflects the terms and conditions of the contract of insurance as agreed between You and Us. NON-CONSUMER I The following clause shall apply if You are purchasing this Policy as a Corporation or Association. This Policy is issued in consideration of the payment of Premium as specified in the Policy Schedule and pursuant to the answers given in Your Proposal Form (or when You applied for this insurance) and any other disclosures made by You between the time of submission of Your Proposal Form (or when You applied for this insurance} and the time this contract is entered into. The answers and any other disclosures given by You shall form part of this contract of insurance between You and Us. In the event of any pre-contractual misrepresentation made in relation to Your answers or in any disclosures made by You, it may result in avoidance of Your contract of insurance, refusal or reduction of Your claim(s}, change of terms or termination of Your contract of insurance. This Policy reflects the terms and conditions of the contract of insurance as agreed between You and Us. We will insure You against selected "Out-of-Pocket Motor Accident Related Expenses" (stated in Your Policy Schedule) arising directly out of an "Own Damage" Motor Accident to Your Motor Vehicle whilst insured in a Corresponding Private Motor Comprehensive Insurance Policy. The Motor Accident must have occurred within the Territorial Limits as described, during the period of insurance subject to all the terms, conditions, exclusions and endorsements applying to and forming part of This Policy. SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY TO INSURE (1) Your Motor Vehicle must be insured with Us on a Private Motor Comprehensive insurance cover concurrently with This Policy. The age of Your Motor Vehicle does not exceed fifteen (15} years. (2) You must either be a corporation, association or an individual person between the age of twenty-four (24) and sixty-five (65} years. (3) The Coverage herein is payable subject to Your Motor Vehicle being repaired at Our approved Panel Workshop at the time of the accident. SECTION 3 - POLICY BENEFIT AND SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS This Policy covers reimbursement of the selected "Out-of-Pocket Motor Accident Related Expenses" incurred as a direct result of a Motor Accident to Your Motor Vehicle mentioned on this Policy Schedule. The following are the Types of Expenses You may select for insurance: Benefit (A) SPRAY PAINTING OF WHOLE VEHICLE - Reimbursement limit as specified in the schedule a} Coverage is invoked in the event of a Motor Accident that triggers an Own Damage claim under Your Corresponding Private Motor Comprehensive Insurance Policy involving repainting of the damaged parts but does not allow for the spray-painting of the whole vehicle in its repair. Coverage is subject to the limit as specified in the schedule. b} Coverage is subject to the spray painting of the whole vehicle at the same Panel Workshop that carries out the damage repairs. PEMBAIKAN TAMBAHAN SOKONGAN KEMALANGAN + PEMBERITAHUAN: SEKSYEN 1- PERJANJIAN KAMI Bagi tujuan dan maksud sekiranya terdapat konflik atau kekaburan berkenaan makna di dalam peruntukan Bahasa Malaysia tentang manamana bahagian Kontrak, adalah dipersetujui bahawa kontrak versi Bahasa lnggeris akan digunakan. PENGGUNA I Susunan kata fasal yang berikut diguna pakai jika Anda membeli Polisi ini sebagai seorang lndividu Polisi lni dikeluarkan sejajar dengan pembayaran dari Premium yang ditentukan dalam Jadual Polisi dan menurut kenyataan yang telah dikemukakan di dalam Borang Cadangan Anda (atau semasa Anda memohon insurans ini) dan segala kenyataan yang telah dibuat oleh pihak Anda pada atau semasa penyerahan Borang Cadangan Anda (atau semasa Anda memohon insurans ini) dan pada masa perjanjian ini ditandatangani. Jawapan dan sebarang pernyataan lain yang Anda berikan akan menjadi sebahagian daripada kontrak insurans antara Anda dan pihak Kami. Waiau bagaimanapun, sekiranya terdapat sebarang salah nyata semasa prakontrak berhubung dengan jawapan Anda atau di mana-mana pernyataan yang diberikan oleh Anda, hanya remedi yang terdapat dalam Jadual 9 Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan 2013 akan diguna pakai. Polisi lni bertindak atas terma-terma dan syarat-syarat kontrak insurans seperti yang telah dipersetujui antara Anda dan pihak Kami. BU KAN PENGGUNA I Susunan kata fasal yang berikut diguna pakai jika Anda membeli Polisi ini sebagai sesebuah Perbadanan atau Persatuan. Polisi lni dikeluarkan sejajar dengan pembayaran dari Premium yang ditentukan dalam Jadual Polisi dan menurut kepada kenyataan yang telah dikemukakan di dalam Borang Cadangan Anda (atau semasa Anda memohon insurans ini) dan segala kenyataan yang telah dibuat oleh pihak Anda pada atau semasa penyerahan Borang Cadangan Anda (atau semasa Anda memohon insurans ini) dan pada masa perjanjian ini ditandatangani. Jawapan dan sebarang pernyataan lain yang Anda berikan akan menjadi sebahagian daripada kontrak insurans antara Anda dan pihak Kami. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang salah nyata semasa prakontrak berhubung dengan jawapan Anda atau di mana-mana pernyataan yang diberikan oleh Anda, ia mungkin mengakibatkan pembatalan kontrak insurans, keengganan atau pengurangan gantirugi, perubahan terma atau penamatan kontrak insurans Anda. Polisi lni bertindak atas terma-terma dan syarat-syarat kontrak insurans seperti yang telah dipersetujui antara Anda dan pihak Kami. Kami akan menginsuranskan Anda terhadap "Perbelanjaan Tanggungan Sendiri Berkaitan Kemalangan Kereta" (seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Polisi Anda) yang menimbulkan secara langsung dalam suatu Kemalangan Motor "Kerosakan Sendiri" kepada Kenderaan Anda yang diinsuranskan di bawah Polisi lnsurans Komprehensif Kenderaan Persendirian yang Berkenaan. Kemalangan Motor mestilah terjadi di dalam Had Kawasan yang telah ditetapkan semasa dalam tempoh insurans tertakluk kepada terma-terma, syarat-syarat, pengecualian-pengecualian dan pengendorsan-pengendorsan yang memohon kepada dan menjadi sebahagian daripada Polisi lni. SEKSYEN 2 - KELAYAKAN UNTUK DIINSURANSKAN (1) Kenderaan Anda mesti diinsuranskan dengan Kami di bawah perlindungan insurans Komprehensif Kenderaan Persendirian bersamaan Polisi lni. Usia Kenderaan Anda tidak boleh melebihi lima belas (15} tahun. (2) Anda semestinya satu perbadanan, persatuan ataupun individu yang berumur di antara dua puluh empat (24) dan enam puluh lima (65) tahun. (3) Perlindungan-perlindungan hanya akan dibayar sekiranya Kenderaan Anda akan dibaiki di Panel Bengkel Kami yang sah pada masa kemalangan itu. SEKSYEN 3 - MANFAAT DAN PENGECUALIAN TERTENTU DALAM PERLINDUNGAN Polisi ini menawarkan pembayaran balik terhadap pilihan "Perbelanjaan Tanggungan Sendiri Berkaitan Kemalangan Kereta" berikutan kemalangan yang berlaku sebagai kesan secara langsung kepada Kenderaan Anda seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam Jadual Polisi ini. Berikut adalah Jenis Perbelanjaan yang Anda boleh memilih untuk insurans: Manfaat (A) PENYEMBURAN CAT UNTUK KESELURUHAN KENDERAAN - Had pembayaran balik seperti yang tercatat di dalam jadual (a) Perlindungan boleh dituntut sekiranya Kemalangan Motor telah mencetuskan tuntutan Kerosakan Sendiri di bawah Polisi lnsurans Komprehensif Kenderaan Persendirian yang Berkenaan dengan Anda melibatkan penyemburan cat terhadap bahagian yang rosak tetapi tidak membenarkan penyemburan cat untuk keseluruhan kenderaan yang dibaiki. Perlindungan in tertakluk kepada had yang ditetapkan seperti di dalam jadual. (b) Perlindungan ini tertakluk kepada penyemburan cat untuk keseluruhan kenderaan di Panel Bengkel yang sama semasa menjalankan pembaikan kerosakan. (ASRP/PW 112018 5
