West Texas A&M University does not mail billing statements. Where can I find my bill? To view bill, student must: 1. Login to My Buff Portal 2. Click on Buff Advisor 3. Click Students 4. Click View Account and Make Payments Check accounts regularly and often throughout the semester even when bill is paid.

Accounts will begin to be billed the first week of August 2018

AUGUST 21, 2018 1 st Payment Deadline Requirement There are only two options for this deadline: 1. Account set up on a payment plan and 25%+ of total charges paid. 2. Account paid in full. Accounts that are 25%+ partially paid and not set up on a payment plan will receive an account hold until the payment plan is submitted. Students who do not meet this payment requirement will have their schedule deleted for failure to be in compliance for the payment deadline requirements. Payment plan is a $30.00 one time enrollment fee

September 20, 2018 2 nd payment deadline, missed payments will be assessed a $20 late fee Deferred Payment Plan October 11, 2018 3 rd payment deadline, accounts not paid 75%+ will receive an account hold, missed payments will be assessed a $20 late fee November 8, 2018 4 th and final payment deadline, accounts not paid in full will receive an account hold, missed payments will be assessed a $20 late fee

Payment plan will divide total balance, (tuition, fees, housing, meal plan, nonmandatory fees due) into four payments All amounts and dates will show at time of enrollment $30.00 set up fee is due at time of enrollment $30.00 set up fee and first payment due if set up on the payment deadline date

Allows WTAMU to refund any refund, (financial aid, withdrawal, housing deposit, etc.), directly to bank account Refund received 3-5 days faster than paper check Cannot be lost or stolen in the mail Student receives email to Buff email notifying them of amount and date when funds are released to bank Student may receive more than one refund in a semester
